“Justin did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding. His preparation and attention to detail beforehand was immaculate, as he spent over an hour with my partner and me going over the entire wedding day step by step. The sound systems were flawless- everyone could hear our vows during the ceremony and the quality of the sound during the entire day and night was exceptional. He kept our wedding very organized and was the perfect host. Regarding the music selection, he allowed us to make playlists for the cocktail hour and reception which he stuck to using beautiful transitions between songs. Our guests were dancing the entire night! All of our guests said it was the most fun wedding they had ever attended. 10/10 DJ, would definitely recommend him for any event. I included a pic of me doing the worm in my wedding dress. The dance floor was too packed so I had to do it on the side!”

“Joe and his team were incredible! All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. We gave him a few do not plays and just a couple must plays, but he handled the rest perfectly!! Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. We highly recommend Joe & Fine Tune Entertainment to couples in the Boston/MA area because of the incredible music played, the calm demeanor and excellent communication throughout the process! “We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”

The vibes and music/genres were very unique for each event, but Gemma and the DJs we had for each event knocked it out of the park, far exceeding our expectations (shoutout to Ty, Kelton, and Kevin!). We appreciated how much care and thought was given during the discovery and planning part of the process. Gemma and the DJs took the time to understand our vision and fill in their expertise to whatever degree we wanted, without ever being pushy. This was important to us because for certain events we had a clear and specific vision (pretty much “play this playlist”) and for others we only had a high-level vision of the music/genres. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“We met Denise when she DJ'd a friend's wedding and it was the most fun reception I'd ever attended. I knew she HAD to be my DJ if ever I got married! From day 1 of meeting with her for our wedding, it was clear that her goal was to give us the best party of our lives, whatever that looked like to us. She had great advice throughout the entire process and took time to get to know us and what style/vibe we wanted for our reception. Communication is key, and she had the logistics of the reception planned down to the minute. The music portal is very user friendly and it was really fun to think through our music. If you need song advice, she's your gal. She will strictly adhere to your do NOT play list. She gets the guests engaged and is truly a party starter (if that's what you want). “We hired DJ El Sid from Fusion Function for our wedding, and we seriously couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire planning process so easy. His planning tools were a huge plus! We were able to add songs to our playlists right from the apps on our phones, which made building the music for our wedding fun and stress-free. The wedding day itself was absolutely incredible! Even the staff at our venue went out of their way to compliment El Sid on his ability to command the room, get everyone’s attention when needed, and keep all of the formalities flowing smoothly throughout the night. And then there was the dance floor… PACKED ALL NIGHT! We had a lot of family fly in from out of state, and we honestly assumed many of them would spend most of the reception sitting, catching up, and mingling. We were completely wrong! DJ El Sid found a way to engage everyone, read the room, and get people of all ages out of their seats and onto the dance floor. “I've never worked with a DJ as good as Drew and his crew. Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. It is clear by working with Drew how much he loves his job and how much he cares about the couples he works with. He got the crowd going, the dance floor was always packed and he invited the couple up to DJ booth which was so fun for them and also amazing for pictures.
