We hired Jean Kintisch as our wedding planner/coordinator for our September 13th wedding at the Logan Inn in New Hope, PA, and working with her was one of the best decisions we made. We were already overwhelmed going into planning due to a military move scheduled for the summer (which ultimately didn’t happen, but still forced several pivots and added stress), and we live in Maryland, so having someone local who could truly support us, especially on the day-of, was critical. We did much of the pre-planning and coordination ourselves because of our timeline and budget, but we had several calls with Jean throughout the process. She generously shared her expertise, helped us think through decisions, and offered guidance during the phases where we most needed a professional opinion. That balance, DIY planning with Jean’s experience layered in at key moments, worked perfectly for us. In the days leading up to the wedding, Jean was incredibly helpful at the rehearsal, wrangling wayward family members and keeping things moving smoothly. On the wedding day itself, she truly swooped in like Mary Poppins. While the venue staff handled some setup, Jean went above and beyond: helping set up the wedding arch and photo stations masterfully, tying last-minute bows on chairs, making sure I actually ate, and keeping my husband on task with his many last-minute pet projects. It really felt like a village came together to make the day happen, and Jean was a huge part of that village. She more than earned her keep by thinking of things we hadn’t, managing vendors during the event so we could actually enjoy ourselves, and carefully packing away all of our DIY décor afterward. As someone who is a truly neurotic planner with military training, it says a lot that I was able to step back on the wedding day and fully trust Jean to handle things. That trust was well-earned. The next day, as we packed up the ready room, I kept finding evidence of her attention to detail and care; important items and accessories safely protected and organized, and our DIY décor secured with every piece accounted for. From the ready room, to walking down the aisle, to final cleanup, Jean played a major role in making our wedding seamless and successful. We are incredibly grateful for her professionalism, calm presence, and dedication, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares.

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. My now husband and I LOVED working with Amalia and her wife, Jenna, to bring our wedding night dinner to life. My husband and I chose a courthouse wedding ceremony - just us - but knew we wanted to invite close friends and family to an intimate dinner that evening to celebrate. I wasn't sure where to begin - I contacted Amalia and sent her photos from Pinterest as my inspiration. Amalia truly blew us away from day 1 - she created custom dinner invites for us based on my inspiration photos. She sent over multiple proofs of her one-of-a-kind digital designs until it was perfectly done. My husband and I picked a venue in Scotch Plains, NJ to host our dinner. The restaurant offered private, charming rooms for special events. Amalia contacted the venue and worked out all the fine details of setup - I truly did not have to lift a finger! I shared my ideas & inspirations with Amalia for how I imagined the dinner to look. I knew I wanted to keep the wildflower color scheme of my bouquet in the details. However, I let her know I was very open to letting her take the lead in designing the setup. I am not a type-A person or planner, so I was grateful she stepped up and let her creativity flow. As seen in attached photos, Amalia designed our dream wedding night dinner! My husband and I arrived before our guests and were blown away with the ambiance and warmth of the room. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She and her wife, Jenna, handmade flower bouquets for the table and lit beautiful hand-painted candles in the center. She even designed thank you cards/ keepsake magnets on plantable paper for our guests. Amalia is a dream to work with - her passion for weddings & design is so evident! She is compassionate and professional- I had a truly seamless experience with her. I am forever grateful to Amalia for planning my wedding night dinner - an evening my husband and I will cherish forever. We hired Taylor as a Day Of Coordinator and she was incredibly easy to work with and great at what she does. As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day. Bonus points because she had to go up and down 70 or so stairs to get to the venue each time! Thank you so much! We are so grateful for your hard work.

Sarah was an invaluable resource to us both during our wedding weekend and throughout our planning process. She helped develop our aesthetic and style choices as well as speed up our planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!!

Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.
