This is our base package including: - Initial consultation to discuss all aspects of the event and logistics - Second consultation call 14 days prior to wedding day - Detailed timeline of event day - All delivery times confirmed with vendors - Ceremony coordination - Reception coordination - Unlimited hours of on-site coordination on event day - One day-of assistant* **subject to increase at Andrée Collective's discretion.

    We used Andree Collective for their day-of coordination services for our wedding and tea ceremony last month and it was the best decision we've made throughout our vendor selection process! We were debating whether or not to get a day-of coordinator, but after learning about the mission of Andree Collective and the unique program they've set up to help domestic abuse survivors become independent and self-sufficient, we knew it was something we wanted to move forward with. The Andree Collective team and the apprentice did such an amazing job taking care of absolutely everything for us, not only on the day-of our wedding events, but also the days leading up to everything. Plus, our other vendors loved working with them. They clearly had a lot of expertise event planning, catering, etc. and the level of professionalism was evident every step of the way. They knew the right questions to ask and when to ask them. We're so glad we went with Andree Collective. They covered our back while we were able to give back. Highly recommend! (Special shout-out to Ann -- SHE'S AMAZING!)

    Andree Collective was awesome to work with for my December 2024 wedding. Madison did an amazing job managing the vendors and getting everyone where they needed to be and her assistants Ann and Ryleigh were nothing but professional and sweet to work with. I was an over the top DIY bride with a ton of decor and a specific vision and they helped make my wedding absolutely perfect through every detail. Madison was easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The team was on time, organized and just a calming presence on wedding day. People were shocked on how calm I was on the day of the wedding and a big part of that was due to the AC team and how comfortable and confident I felt with them there. I would recommend them 1000 times over and the fact they are a non-profit for an amazing cause makes them hands down the best choice for day of/month of coordinators!
