Andrée Collective is a Philadelphia nonprofit event planning organization that leverages celebrations to provide employment and therapy for female trauma survivors. We want your day to be everything you have dreamed of. With exceptional service, attention to detail, and a love of all things beautiful, we help you plan and execute your celebration with excellence. Our floral services add beauty and meaning through bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony florals, and more. Celebrate your love while supporting life-long healing and change.
The wedding industry is a 70+ billion dollar industry in America. Most of these dollars don’t live past that day. We want to help couples take the money they are already investing in their wedding and leverage it for an extraordinary impact - without sacrificing quality and beauty. AlphaCare Banquet Flowers
We reached out to Andree Collective just a couple of weeks before our annual fundraising banquet, after realizing our team was too short-staffed to pull the floral arrangements together ourselves. From the very first conversation, they were kind, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. As a fellow nonprofit working on a tight deadline, their flexibility and understanding meant so much to us. They did an incredible job sourcing beautiful flowers and creating arrangements that matched our vision and stayed within our budget—all on extremely short notice. The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and truly enjoyable. We also love their mission, which made partnering with them even more meaningful. We were thrilled to support their work and couldn’t be happier with the results. We wholeheartedly recommend Andree Collective to anyone looking for gorgeous florals and a company that’s making a real difference in the community.

If I could use over 5 stars I would! I booked Andrèe collective for my month (& a 1/2) planning and day of wedding coordination. The attention to detail, help, and responsiveness reduced by last minute stress immensely! We had our florist no show the day of the wedding, and the Andree collective saved the day! They made our seating chart, bouquets, and boutineers within hours & saved the day. I truly can't thank them enough for all that they did. Our wedding planner Venecia was amazing throughout the experience, and the owner Samantha is so caring and passionate.

Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.

Andrée Collective was absolutely fantastic to work with. The moment Rachel arrived on our wedding day she took everything out of our hands and we got to sit back and just enjoy. She coordinated with transportation and vendors, told family members where to be and when, and was so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. The Andrée Collective will see to it that your wedding runs as smoothly as possible without you needing to lift a finger! The team is diligent and creative- highly recommend hiring for your wedding.
