    If I could give 100 stars I would...

    From start to finish, Olive street was absolutely incredible in helping to plan our September 2025 wedding. We booked them for a partial package, but nothing felt partial to us. Katelynn helped give us suggestions for vendors that fit within our budget, and gave her opinion when asked for help. She always made herself available for either a quick call or 30 minute teams meeting if I had any concerns or questions. She was absolutely phenomenal leading up to the wedding. The month of the wedding, I didn't know it was possible for her to be even better??? But she was AWESOME. Contacting all my vendors, contacting the venue, making sure that every single person on my team was on the same page. The day of my wedding, she made everything run very smooth. There was nothing that went wrong (that I know of), and if there was, she handled it with such grace I never even knew. If we were off timeline, she would give a slight nudge to ensure our evening still ran without missing any key parts of the day. She always listened to our opinions, but did not hesitate to give hers when it was important. We absolutely could not have done the whole wedding process without her and her team. For a type A bride who is usually extremely organized, I was surprised how much I needed Olive street. I do not regret for a single second having them on board as part of our planning team, and would recommend them for any of my friends or family who are planning a wedding. 1000000000000000000000000/10 would recommend!

    So happy with OSE!

    Picking the right planner was so important to us. After being drawn to Brittany's style, we chose Olive Street and absolutely feel we made the right decision. OSE [and Brittany] brought their experience to help us feel calm and comfortable as we both prepared for and navigated the day. They were responsive to anything we needed, were proactive for many of the details of the day, and helped us to manage all the relationships and vendors seamlessly. Thank you!

    Real life dream

    Brittany and Kait at Olive Street Events were the dream team for planning our wedding! Their fun and upbeat attitudes made the whole planning process enjoyable. They actively listened to all of our hopes for our big day and were diligent about bringing those dreams to life. Two weeks before our ceremony I had the wild idea to release live butterflies, and the Olive Street team researched options and made it happen seamlessly! It was a magical moment. Throughout the planning process and on wedding day itself, Brittany and Kait were hard working and driven, ensuring no detail was overlooked. They took great care of us and all of our guests. I cannot recommend Olive Street Events highly enough for their professionalism and dedication to creating a one-of-a-kind, personalized wedding experience.

    There are not enough words...

    To adequately thank Britt & Kate from Olive Street Events. They both played such a crucial role in not just planning, but also ensuring our day went perfectly from the smallest table sign to the largest timeline we’ve ever seen.     They are rock-stars!

    We booked Olive Street Events for their event management service and just wow! We wouldn’t have had the wedding we dreamed of if it wasn’t for them. They made sure all our needs were met, put all the finishing touches on everything, and calmed on nerves the week leading up to the big day by being super responsive and supportive to our questions and met with us at our run through and rehearsal. They went beyond and above and did some tasks day-of that honestly weren’t sure we would be able to get done without them.

That’s entirely up to you. Anyone can plan a wedding, but do you have the time to do the research, compare pricing, and attend to all the little details that make your wedding unique? When you hire us you’re hiring an experienced team that knows weddings, knows the industry, and will take care of making sure that your day is everything you’ve dreamed of.
I mean, again, you could do that, but wouldn’t you rather them spend the day with you enjoying it and making memories rather than trying to wrangle the buzzed wedding party?
I'm glad you asked! This one is one of our most asked questions. Simply put, the Venue Coordinator is responsible for all things related to your catering and physical site details, but nothing outside of that. A Wedding Planner takes care of coordinating all your other vendors, the overall timeline, your morning “getting ready” schedule, running interference from your crazy uncle and more. In other words, all things wedding.
We do, but we call it Event Management because it is so much more than the day of your wedding. Starting around three months before your wedding we will begin to meet to start the process of catching us up to speed and determining what still needs to be done. Then, we will work out an individualized timeline for each vendor, lead your wedding party through the ceremony rehearsal, and then the day of the wedding itself.
We outline our general “packages” on our website under services, but after we talk and agree that we’re on the same wavelength we will create a custom proposal that addresses your individual needs and where you are in the planning process. Don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Of course not. We use the initial consultation (or phone call if you prefer) to chat and see if we’re a good fit for one another. We love to chat about weddings so don’t hesitate to call us!
Listen, this wedding is about you, not us, so absolutely not. We like to think that we take your great ideas and make them come to life so you can relax and enjoy marrying the love of your life surrounded by your friends and family.
Sure! That’s essentially what our Event Management package entails. We take your vision and carry it over the one yard line to make sure that your day goes exactly the way you planned.
We are located in the greater Philadelphia area but we’re up for anything!
We think it’s ridiculous that we even need to say this but yes, love is love, and we work with all couples from all walks of life!
