With over a decade of experience planning weddings, fundraisers, and milestone celebrations, I’ve built my career helping people turn their most meaningful moments into unforgettable experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of planning everything from elegant weddings to community and non-profit events, and it was that growing love for celebration and storytelling that led me to launch Shannon Fowler Events.

In addition to hands-on planning, I’ve also served as an Event Educator with QC Event School, mentoring aspiring planners as they found their path in the industry. Guiding others to discover their passion and sharpen their skills has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey — and it’s given me a deeper appreciation for the art and strategy behind every well-run event. At Shannon Fowler Events, my mission is simple: to take the stress off your shoulders so you can enjoy every moment, confident that every detail is handled with care, creativity, and heart.

I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years! I’ve planned it all- from corporate events and Christmas parties, non profit events, to 300 person weddings, I’ve done it all. My speciality is weddings and milestone celebrations, and that is what I’ve taught at the QC Event school where I served as a tutor for aspiring planners for over 3 years.

We focus on just you, for the whole weekend, so we can be focused and truly present.

Throughout the planning process, I am accessible during business hours via email or text whenever you need me! I know the week leading up to the wedding, you may need more contact than that, and I’m available 24/7 when you need me!

You’d be working directly with me throughout the lifetime of your event. The day of, I may have an assistant or two with me, depending on the size and scope of your event.
