“We worked with Paul for our January wedding. Originally, I was going to just create a playlist (I was having little to no formalities) until I saw he commented on a Connecticut Bride Facebook Group. Figured a DJ will give me one less thing to worry about, so I inquired and he immediately responded, provided a quick quote, and we set up our first meeting. He just made everything so easy! We had two one-hour long meetings to clearly identify our vision. My father passed a few years ago and we did many things to honor him at the party- signature cocktail, my sister spoke about him in her speech, his two best friends gave a combined toast on his behalf, but what made me really feel my dad was celebrated and “there in spirit” was when Paul intentionally played my dad’s favorite song prior to the first speech. It almost felt like that was my dad’s speech/toast to us. Family and friends picked up on Paul’s placement of my dad’s favorite song and commented that they were moved by it too. It was the only point of the night I got emotional. Paul really cares about his work and the people he works with. I’ve been to a handful of weddings where DJs play the couple’s Do Not playlist and just treats every wedding the same. I seriously can’t recommend Paul more.”

“First of all, they were the first vendors we booked and can see why they come so highly recommended!!Jeremy was excellent in coordinating all things leading up to the wedding including the wedding day timeline, and he set us up with the absolute best group of people for our wedding day. The day of we had Nick as our DJ and Mike as our MC, they checked in with us a few days before to see if we had any questions or concerns and were so attentive throughout our entire wedding. They brought so much heart, energy, and fun to our day and I seriously can’t imagine having our wedding without them. People are still talking about the amazing music selection, the dancing, the crowd surfing, and the fact that they were the best DJs they’ve ever seen at a wedding. At one point, the smoke detectors went off due to someone smoking in the bathroom, causing the entire wedding to evacuate outside. As you could imagine this situation would normally be stressful, or cause low morale when entering back in after 15-20 mins of being outside waiting for the fire department, but I can’t emphasize enough how Mike and Nick absolutely KILLED it and immediately brought back the energy and dancing as if nothing happened. They played “we didn’t start the fire” and I swear I’m still smiling about how iconic that was. I can’t recommend this group enough, ESPECIALLY Mike and Nick. Thank you for making our night absolutely epic and unforgettable!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. “Eddie & Dave were awesome! They were our DJ and emcee for our wedding ceremony and reception on August 31. Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over. DJ was good, knew what songs to play, when to play them, and played the ones I wanted. And the emcee was awesome, funny & easily able to get people involved in whatever!! We also rented a Photo Booth through DJ Double E and it was a HUGE hit!! They’re awesome and I would totally book them again!”
