“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! We had selected Jeff from word of mouth when he was at a prior company before starting White Rose and were thrilled that we were able to retain Jeff for our special day. Since day 1 Jeff was extremely responsive, educational, and professional throughout the entire process. You can feel the passion from Jeff in his work in every conversation and interaction. On the actual wedding day, Jeff showed up early and made sure everything was set up to perfection to avoid any issues. Jeff's energy on the mic throughout the day was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone unsure of a DJ. Jeff's team of his assistant and photobooth operator were exceptional all day and night as well. The lighting that Jeff had set up was also a huge surprise when we saw how cool it was. The dance floor was packed the entire night and the best part of the night for many. We received a great deal of compliments during and after the wedding about how great Jeff was. Following the wedding, unbeknownst to us Jeff had created a short instagram video of our entire day edited flawlessly and was one of the highlights we could show people. “Our coordinator at Wyndridge Farms recommended we book Baltimore Event Solutions and specifically request "Korey with a K." After just a few minutes of viewing the photos and videos of gigs he had posted on his Facebook page we knew he was our guy. He reaffirmed this decision during our intro call when the first thing he said to us was, "Just know on your wedding day, I've got you." We instantly knew we were in great hands. Korey exceeded all expectations, from his in-depth phone calls leading up to the wedding to his oozing charisma and passion during the reception. He did a fantastic job of engaging with our guests, friends, and family while also allowing everyone to have their moment to shine. His remixes and overlays of songs drove our crowd nuts, and he perfectly captured our 80s, 90s, and early 2000s interests all night long. There was one particular transition between two songs that was the best we've ever heard, and the crowd LOVED it. We’re over a month out from the big day and people are still telling us that it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. Korey was also accommodating with requests and announcements during the reception ensuring dinner ran smoothly before dancing began.
