She was professional, responsive, and very helpful in the planning process (we got a day-of-coordinator package but met with her a couple times beforehand to review details). “Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. She helped us address a lot of little details we never considered. When we needed guidance she helped us figure out what we want. She directed us to other incredible vendors like our photographer. As it got close to the wedding she was always available and quick to respond. She even added an extra meeting when I was stressed and felt like I needed to make sure we were on the right path with getting things done. When I started to panic about decor she sent me photos and even doodles to help me envision it which was not only helpful but made me laugh. Her and her team made our day so amazing and memorable. I can't say enough great things about her. She instilled so much confidence that we just knew if anything happened she would take care of it. We had absolute faith and trust in her and she handled everything perfectly. She took so much stress off of us. The coordination was very reasonably priced and she helped with all the set up and break down which I found that to be not included with a lot of other places- worth every penny. After our wedding everything was packaged up right by the door so we just packed the cars and left. If you're on the fence, definitely book with this company, you'll be so glad you did!!!!”

“Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”
