We knew from the start that to ensure the most important day of our lives went off without a hitch there was no one but CT Wedding Group we trusted. Their reviews speak for themselves but first hand we can tell you they do them little to no justice(having been guests at weddings at their venues). Imagine our surprise when we were able to see the limitless possibilities of their newest space and how it completely shattered our reality of what a wedding day could be. We are lucky enough to say we are the first wedding booked for their newest venue and the sky is the limit. The renderings they provided were unlike anything we've seen anywhere else throughout this process. The vision of what the space can and will become has us more excited by a venue than we thought imaginable. Their attention to detail, earnest care to make our day specific to us, and their overall devotion to their craft is unrivaled. There is not stress, just excitement and its all thanks to their incredible team, and astounding venue. They preach that their 9-5 is the most important day of their clients lives and they take that seriously, and boy do they practice what they preach. CAN NOT say enough about this experience thus far, and as if that wasn't enough, their planning team make the experience simply incredible (and fool proof). This is not a diamond in the rough situation. They set a standard for what the industry should be and then deliver a thousand fold. Where do I even start?! The Barns at Wesleyan Hills (and all of CT Wedding Group) made my wedding dreams come true! Their customer service is over the top incredible. From the moment that I inquired about the Barns, until the last second of our wedding night, they were so responsive and helpful. They understood the pressure having a wedding can put on you and did their best to take the burden off of us. The food! I am a vegetarian and have a very specific palate. They worked with me to create a new dish that I wanted to eat on my wedding day. So many people came up to us at our wedding and gushed about the food, citing that they would have no idea it was banquet food that was serving 150 people. Every dish and appetizer was handcrafted to perfection. The venue itself was gorgeous and set the scene of our romantic and relaxed wedding day. The outdoor ceremony location on the venue’s property was such a nice thing to have, and we transitioned into cocktail hour right after our ceremony. The location of the venue was great too, about 2 hours from Boston (where we live) and 1.5 hours from most of our family that lives in Southern CT or New York. Once the day got going, we undoubtedly knew we were in good hands. Casey, our day of coordinator, expertly handled all of the little details and completely took the stress off of us. We can’t recommend this venue and company enough, they are certainly amazing at what they do and make you feel like you are their only client. I wish I could rewind and celebrate with them again!

Where do I begin? There are so many words, but I can’t gather them together. They were incredible. We had a long engagement and I did not feel stress once due to this wonderful team of people. I literally said to my mom how I will miss talking to them after the wedding. I just got married Saturday. Myles, you literally had an answer for everything. I told everyone if I ever have another life problem I’m just going to reach out to you to see what I should do. Also their mission of reusing wedding decor is amazing. So shout out to the couples before us whose stuff we were able to use. We barely had to bring anything and we donated what we could back to them for future couples. The food was amazing. I will sing their praises forever. USE THIS VENUE!! You will be the happiest, stress-free couple as a result.

Galilee Beach Club was an absolute dream wedding venue. And the HUGEST shout out to Emily Hodges who made our big day possible. When my husband and I first started looking for a wedding venue, we had a very specific vision in mind. We wanted a beachfront wedding with a vintage coastal vibe and (I cannot stress this enough) the entire thing in the sand. Every venue I looked at was more than willing to do a beachfront ceremony but reception had to take place indoors. And then we found Galilee. From the first call with Emily, she was 100% on board with my "toes in the sand" idea. Wedding, dinner, dancing..she knew exactly what i was talking about. And from there she made our vision come to life. Every single detail was accommodated. And it wasn't coming from a place of hospitality and customer service. She genuinely was so excited for us to have our perfect wedding. She even offered to store our decorations at her house because we were coming from out of state and didn't have a place to put things. She is the absolute sweetest and amazing at what she does. She was able to take the venue that was already beautiful and turn it into something straight out of our dreams. Can't recommend her and Galilee enough.

As a wedding vendor, we have the opportunity to experience a lot of different styles of venues throughout New England. We get to see not only what happens on the day of the event but what happens behind the scenes. The staff at The Riverview are one of the most caring and professional attendants around. They truly care about the details and about the big picture. They are there every step of the way and know how to communicate with the other professionals to ensure the event is executed properly. The building maintenance, ie landscaping, cleaning etc. is top notch. The aesthetics of the building inside and around the ceremony location is beautiful. Our wedding was on a beautiful day in June, and Harrington Farm made our wedding day absolutely perfect. The place is charming and beautiful, giving us the dream setting we wanted. The entire staff was amazing, from the planning process to the day of, they paid attention to every detail, making sure everything was just right. A big shoutout to Kathleen, our bridal attendant, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made sure we and our wedding party felt taken care of the entire night. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the venue. They loved the lovely surroundings, the great service, and the food! Many said it was the best wedding they'd been to. Thanks, Harrington Farm, for giving us such a special day. We'll cherish the memories forever.

We got married at The Lake House on Saturday, June 10, 2023 and were VERY happy with our choice of venue! Our guests did not stop talking about how pretty the lake and foliage surrounding it were, plus the fountain in the lake (which was newly added just before our wedding). We held our ceremony outdoors in front of the willow tree and our cocktail hour split between the parlor room and the lakefront, and all our outdoor photos were stunning. One of the main reasons we picked The Lake House was because we didn’t have to decide until day-of where on the property we wanted our ceremony to be, so we were able to make a last minute call based on the weather. We lucked out on getting to go with the outdoor option, but unfortunately the way our ceremony was set up, all the photos of us walking down the aisle have cars in the parking lot in the background (there were no cars in the parking lot when we did our tour, so we didn’t even think about this in advance). This is just a note for your photographer, or possibly a reason to angle the chairs differently than we did. A solvable issue! The Lake House’s team was very easy to work with leading up to our event and really helped us get excited about the day. They were prompt in responding to our questions, flexible with requests (such as signature drinks, adjusting the start time of our ceremony after booking, and allowing us to bring in almost any decor we wanted), and clearly experienced in wedding planning/execution. Two additional things that made The Lake House stand out to us were the fact that they had 2 bridal suites, which is hard to find but important for us as an LGTBQ couple with 2 brides, and a really high-quality speaker system that our DJ was able to plug into (for a fee). One challenge we had was that despite providing an extremely detailed map of where we wanted our decor set up and going over it during an in-person meeting with the coordinators just 2 days before our wedding when we dropped it all off, the decor was not set up as we asked it to be when we arrived day-of. We were only allowed to arrive 1.5 hours in advance of our ceremony, so this was stressful, since we and our immediate family members had to run around adjusting things before guests arrived. At the end of the night, the staff did not provide much help packing things up either. We would recommend hiring a day-of coordinator rather than just relying on their staff, specifically for setup and breakdown. The only other complaint we had was that dinner service was incredibly slow. Everyone at a given table was served at the same time, but half of the room was finished with their meals before the other half was served. This caused our post-dinner activities to be extremely delayed, and we ended up paying our photographer, videographer, and DJ extra cash on the spot to stay longer than they had signed up for. The food was good, though, and dessert was even better! We added the adult ice cream sundae bar as a second dessert option, and it was a big hit. One last thing of note is that the venue is entirely handicap accessible and has plenty of parking, two things that were important to us and not true of all the other venues we considered. Overall, we would highly recommend The Lake House as a wedding venue with some proactive planning around the concerns we listed above. We had an incredible day!

Swan Lake helped to make my wedding a dream! From start to finish they were accommodating and constantly checking in to make sure everything was going how we wanted. Sophia made all the prep work a breeze making time to always answer questions and met whenever we could. The wedding day went perfectly! They were able to switch on the spot based on our guests needs. They even sent out someone for a certain alcohol that was requested right as cocktail hour was starting! We got countless compliments about the bartenders, the waitstaff, chef, and Sophia, All our guests said at least one if not more staff members checked in with them personally to make sure everything was too their liking. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments on it especially with the seconds they come around with! We have not stopped hearing how perfect the wedding was and that it was one of everyones favorite weddings they attended. I would recommend Swan Lake and their wedding package vendors to everyone!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the Woodwinds and their crew! From touring with Vanessa to the planning with Randy and Michael, they all made the whole process SUPER easy! Vanessa really helped us with booking by spelling everything out, so it was so easy to understand. When you go on so many tours it can get so confusing, but they have it down to a science to keep it organized. Michael provided us with some tools to help with the planning. They had a way for us to organize our guests at tables and even had an event order where we just had to click and drag things in the order, we wanted them! Michael and Randy were always super prompt with our emails, even at weird hours of the night when we had to add one guest the day before our wedding. We had some pretty wild requests with some of our decorations (which they take care of setting up AND packing up at the end of the night) but they nailed it. We sent Michael a bunch of pictures and when we came for our rehearsal the day before our wedding Sergio was going through them to make sure every detail was perfect. Which leads me onto our day of crew...Sergio made our dreams come to life. He was there for every little thing we needed. We were ready to cut the cake, and when we turned around the photographer was set up, the DJ was playing the music we requested, and he had laid out the knife so that we had to smile and drop the knife onto the cake. He was flawless throughout the evening. We even had a bridal bestie who followed us around the entire night. It was a little cold, and she had a hand warmer for me! After dancing for a little and right before cake she came out with a mirror for us so we could make sure we looked great for pictures! She even made sure we ate and drank... You heard that right...WE ATE AT OUR WEDDING!!! The food was absolutely phenomenal. Michael recommended the Sunday Sauce, if they sold it in jars, we would buy it by the case! All the food was so good! We don't have a single negative thing to say about Woodwinds. Everyone there was so nice and pleasant to work with. Even when we called in payments, Kate at the main desk was super helpful and quick to respond. This is a team of true professionals, and we will be using them in the future!
