However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. We met with several wedding planners to find the right fit, and it was clear from the beginning that Saige was the most experienced and the best one to bring our vision to life. I won’t lie – I’m a bit Type A ;) – and she handled the entire planning process with grace, calmness and professionalism. We would often come to her with our half-baked ideas and she knew how to refine and execute them into something cohesive (and stunning!). It was really fun working and co-creating together. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. “Desiree was our coordinator for our wedding this past June, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of wedding coordinator! Desiree made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first meeting with her via Zoom. She seemed knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and was also just super happy for us which made the year leading up to our wedding feel even more special. She was always responsive when we had questions and she absolutely KILLED it on the actual wedding day. She completely handled setup and even did our dinner tablescapes which turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We did have one hiccup where there was a miscommunication and Desiree ended up not making it to our venue walkthrough a few weeks before the wedding, but it turned out fine since she already had familiarity with our venue and because we were able to answer all of the venue's questions ourselves. Anyway, this is just a small portion of what we loved about working with Desiree, but it's safe to say we feel great about our choice of wedding coordinator and would definitely go with Desiree if we had to do it all over again.”
