Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. We got the photobooth package with the glam filter and it was packed all night long! Our guests loved it and the line always kept moving quickly. They even provided a book where they put a copy of every photo so that we could flip through them post-wedding. We had some HILARIOUS photos because of the unique and fun props they have so it was nice to have an immediate keepsake. They also sent us a folder with the digital files of all the photos taken at the photobooth. Lastly, Lesley was my saving grace. My original planner canceled just one week before our wedding day. Since we already had Justin booked as our DJ, I immediately texted them and asked if we could use their coordination services as well. They jumped in without hesitation and saved the day.
