At first I was hesistant to hire a month of coordinator, I'm very organized and was loving the planning process so I wasn't sure it would be worth it. She managed the little last minute details while I could enjoy the days leading up to our wedding. She helped me make decisions when I asked for help, but always supported me and never pressured me to do anything a certain way. She handled last minute changes to our ceremony and a rainy day shift like a champ. She was super positive, kind, and organized. Our wedding was perfect! Even my other guests and vendors were complimenting me on her! Working with SEG was great as well, they made booking and payment easy and checked in with us directly throughout the process. I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!

Sara’s attention to detail was incredible. She went above and beyond by transporting decor to and from various locations and found ways to make everything more convenient for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger or stress about anything. Everything stayed so organized. Thanks to Sara, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day without a single worry. Any potential anxiety I had that month was immediately eased, because I knew Sara had it all under control. She took care of every possible roadblock with such grace and efficiency that I didn’t even know there was a potential issue unless she absolutely needed to inform me. She handled everything exactly how I would have wanted, without ever involving me unnecessarily. Sarah is amazing to work with. We had a large backyard, outdoor wedding .. the day ended up being the rainiest day in June but Sarah executed the day perfectly. Monique was such an important piece to our big day, it’s hard to put all of the crucial things she did for us into one review. She is a wedding planner that just had the X-factor, she does it all! From day one of working with her, we could tell she wanted the best for us and wanted to make our lives easier by keeping wedding planning fun. One of the greatest things about having Monique was her responsiveness and ability to answer ANY questions we had. There are so many questions that pop up and before we worked with Monique we didn’t know where to go to get them answered, but after working with her it was such a relief to know she would help answer all of them. On our wedding day, she truly made our wedding dream come to life. We still don’t really know how she did it all, especially with our wedding or 250 people. We even added in an extra photo shoot to the timeline and some fun little things, and she helped the day flow so smoothly. All we had to do was get married and enjoy our company! It was so much fun, and a large reason we felt that way was because Monique was there to take care of all the stressors behind the scenes. (She even steamed my dress the morning of!!) If you didn’t know, she also does content creation packages and I think it is one of my favorite things that we decided to do for our wedding. She captured so many special moments and we got to relive our day right away! She sent over all the video and pictures and we are still rewatching and going through all the content she captured to this day.

Donna of DBC EVENTZ was very easy to work with despite my deciding to do a last minute event. The decor and venue styling was amazing. My guests had no idea that it wasn't planned in advance. From the start, the team at Yes to I Do was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. They were incredibly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our ceremony and reception was carefully planned out. Rebecca in particular went above and beyond, helping us coordinate with all our vendors months in advance and providing helpful templates and suggestions to keep us organized. On the day of and during the rehearsal, the Yes to I Do team thought of every little detail, directing each person on how the ceremony would flow and regularly checking on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed - they even kept our goblets full!
