Willow and Waylon Events offers planning and coordination services for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. We will be a source of support in the lead-up to your day, meeting you for a walkthrough of your venue and creating a timeline for the wedding. On the day, we will liaise with your chosen vendors, and take care of the setup and breakdown of your event. We will strive to ensure that everything goes according to plan throughout your nuptials, taking care of the unexpected and keeping an eye on every detail.

Katie is your only choice!
Oh boy. Where do I begin? Katie is incredible. I knew from day one she was the perfect fit. She instantly made me feel heard and supported. Wedding planning can feel so isolating and overwhelming without the right people in your corner. Katie is your corner. She advocates for you and your partner every step of the way! She thought of things we never would have and even saved us money multiple times. She kept us grounded, reminding us what was important - us! At one point I remember asking her “Will you call me if this or that goes wrong?” and she replied with “No, I’m not. I am going to figure it out so you can be present with your family and friends.” She did everything perfectly, but this impressed me the most! She even scheduled a few times during our wedding where my husband and I had a few moments alone together. We appreciated this so much because it allowed us to slow down, be present, and catch our breath. My wedding was flawless and I owe it all to her! Thank you so much Katie! Please keep in touch!

Our wedding day was absolutely magical and we owe it all to Katie from Willow and Waylon Events. From the moment we met Katie, her commitment to perfection and attention to detail shone through every step of the way which spoke to my very type A personality. She truly made the whole experience stress-free by keeping us on a timeline, keeping track of all of our vendors and given that we both have very hectic work schedules on top of moving out of state prior to the wedding, she dealt with all of the vendors for us. Not to mention when one coordinator from one of our vendors was not meeting her standards, she took to initiative to rectify the situation by contacting the company and changing coordinators for us to ensure we had the best possible experience. She was with us every step of the way with multiple regular check-ins over the year of planning and was by my side through the wedding day as a calming presence to keep everyone on track. She was always available via zoom, phone or text. She thought of things we didn't know we needed to think about and helped to suggest vendors when we didn't know who to choose in our price point. Above all, she is such a kind and thoughtful human being and in general, lovely to work with. I can't give Katie and her company higher praise, I would not have been able to get through planning our wedding and wedding day without her.

Hiring Katie from Willow and Waylon Events was the absolute best wedding decision we made!! If you’ve planned a wedding or any large event, you know how stressful and overwhelming it can be. Katie helped us keep everything organized, was an amazing liason between us and all of our vendors, and allowed us to have the most stress-free wedding day possible, which is exactly what my husband and I wanted. Katie was always easily accessible. She was prompt to return phone calls and responded quickly to emails and texts. Whenever I started stressing during our planning process, I would contact Katie to get the peace of mind and direction I needed. On the day of our wedding, she was the go to person for questions, concerns, and you name it. She made everything flow effortlessly and come together flawlessly! Our day was as perfect as it could have been, thanks to Katie’s care, coordination, and attention to all the little details. She went above and beyond from the very beginning to the very end, and it was a true pleasure to work with her! My husband and I would recommend Katie to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! If you need one, Katie’s the one you want.

We got married 9/23/23 and hiring Katie as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. As a very type A bride, Katie made my day stress free which I didn’t think was possible. She is extremely detail and time oriented which allows for the smoothest wedding day. We truly could not recommend Katie enough!
