Flye Weddings LLC helped coordinate my wedding in January 2023, she was vital in getting it all planned and all pulled together. I am a mom of 5 and my husband has his own home renovations company so we didn't have alot of time to do alot of the busy work needed to plan even a beautiful backyard wedding that we wanted. It was beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned it she did wonderful in listening to what we wanted and bringing it to life for us. She helped find my dress and even small details down to my boutique and my traditions of my Scottish heritage of wearing a special coin in my shoe and even the peice in my hair to also helping me with my cake design. Sorry this review is so late, I thought I had already wrote it! She did an AMAZING job. I utilized the day-of coordination service and while I made have had my own timeline and she did amazing to follow it, she made sure my new husband and I had 15 minutes just to ourselves, got us some appetizers and wine, and left us to ourselves to soak it all in. We are still so grateful for it to this day. Everythinf was so smooth and I appreciated the effort and help she gave along the way! 1000/10 would recommend again.

Michelle has been an incredible wedding coordinator from day one. She first met with me in person where she got to know my personality, a bit about my vision for the wedding, and then helped build on that vision throughout the entire planning process. Michelle was flexible and wanted me to be happy with the details, but was also firm in re-directing my focus if I was going a little bit off the rocker (as brides can get with all the wedding planning jitters!). She also went above and beyond to make sure we were all on the same page with the fine print of the venue’s contract before the terms were signed. On the day of the wedding, all of the details fell into place, there were no major hitches, and everything went beautifully! I could not have done my big day without Michelle! They were so flexible with meeting times, they gave great vendor recommendations, and they attended meetings with vendors at the venue to help facilitate communication and help me understand exactly what was going on. They were so organized and quick to respond! On the day of the wedding they arrived early and set everything up, even providing a lot of beautiful decorations (shelves, centerpieces, seating chart, drapes for the trees, and more). They handled everything, and my mom and I got to enjoy the day and evening without stress. I highly recommend Coastal Charm! My wedding was perfect :)

Brooklyn truly made our wedding what it was — we could not have done any of it without her!
