He was so enthusiastic about our day and our music choices and felt more like a friend than just a wedding vendor! We were looking for a very specific energy with our DJ and wanted to stay away from the typical over the top cheesiness. Alex could not have been more of a fit for our day. He had such relaxed energy and his entire set up was so in line with the feel of our wedding. We had a very vintage inspired day and his vintage set up and suitcases were such a great addition to the reception room. He executed everything perfectly and was even willing to operate our DIY disco ball set up. For the ceremony and the reception he was on point with all of the timing and cues and truly brought our vision to life. The dance floor was full the entire night and our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Thank you so much to Alex and to the Dapper DJs team for helping make our day so unforgettable.. “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! Besides our venue, Jeff was the first vendor we picked for our wedding and it was the BEST choice we could have made. From our first meeting, we instantly knew that Jeff would bring our vision of celebrating and partying all night long to life and boy did he deliver! Weeks later, we still have friends and family saying "Oh my God you guys had the best DJ ever! I wish we had him for our wedding!!" Jeff kept that dance floor PACKED (we even had to move the tables out of the way). Even a few of our friends who are DJ's were dabbing Jeff up all night long for his killer transitions and reading the crowd. As a queer couple, the wedding planning process was a bit stressful in terms of making sure all of our vendors supported us and that we could be our authentic selves. Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. Get yourself a DJ that gives your bridal hairstylist anxiety with how your hair turned out by the end of the reception. All of our guests were shouting for an encore by the end of the night. We have still been getting calls and messages about how much fun our guests had and how awesome DJ Jeff was. Jeff and Wolf even recorded the evening and we are so excited to see the footage from a different perspective! Thank you Jeff, Wolf, Matt and everyone at 3 West for making our day one to remember. Paris did my cousin‘s wedding 15 years ago and saved the day when her previous DJ backed out. our family still talks about it to this day and that’s why we reached out to him from the start. He is very communicative and responsive. He gives a great set of pamphlets which he made to help you prepare for the big day. He gives a lot of great suggestions. he listens and prepare himself very well to show up for your big day. Paris did our ceremony music and reception music. He was a great emcee and informed the crowd when needed, and also just sounds great on the mic! He nailed it from beginning to end. All of my song requests were played during the ceremony and at the reception all of the perfect time! For me, DJ was a HUGE part of our day and can quite honestly make or break a wedding. I 100% recommend Paris!”

Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.
