The culmination of this is a masterfully reimagined establishment with nuanced flavors and old-world techniques. Our covered patio and inside tavern area are both open, with limited seating for both so reservations are recommended.

From the moment we first toured The Buellhouse at Zaca Creek, we were blown away by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Chelsea and her team were incredibly friendly, open, and caring throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue itself is simply gorgeous - classic, timeless, and beautifully maintained. We already loved Zaca Creek after a special previous stay, but this made it 10x as special. Chelsea was hands-on, going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The event went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier with our decision to host our wedding at this stunning, one-of-a-kind venue. We are forever grateful to the entire Buellhouse team for making our special day so incredibly memorable.

Our wedding at Zaca Mesa took place this spring in March. Everything to booking, venue walk through, and the event day of went smoothly thanks to Tara the event manager at Zaca. She was on top of everything and answered all the questions we had thoroughly and promptly through the whole experience. We felt truly welcomed and like a part of a family there. The venue itself is beautiful with a gorgeous oak tree outside, tall ceilings in the view room, and the greenery outside. It was everything we wanted for our special day. Unfortunately it rained so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space but the Zaca team and our event coordinator team did everything and anything to switch to plan B to make sure we still had our ceremony outside and a fun party inside. I truly believe the way the event panned out was even better than the original plan. The professionalism was top notch. Even the times we’ve come to visit the service is impeccable. I am so happy we chose Zaca and we cannot WAIT to come back to visit. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to have our wedding there was to be able to come back and relive those special moments.

We had our wedding reception at SB Courthouse Distillery, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We used their Distillers Lounge for a 50 person sit dinner and dancing afterwards. From the moment we began planning, Melody, our event coordinator, was incredibly responsive and made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. She kept everything on track and answered all our questions quickly, which took a huge load of stress off our shoulders. On the day of the event, Andrew, the event manager, was onsite and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. Having the option to set up the day before and pick up the following day was a total game-changer and made everything so much easier. The bar team was fantastic. Matt, our bar manager, was not only kind and helpful but made the best old fashions and whiskey sour we've ever had. Matt even stepped in as an impromptu DJ by connecting his own phone to the Bluetooth so our guests could dance all night long. Peyton, the second bartender, was wonderful too, also making amazing whiskey sours and shooters. The location itself is perfect. Just a 2 minute walk from the courthouse with such a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Our guests can't stop raving that the food was hands down the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend the braised short ribs!! To top it off, the pricing was the most fair and reasonable compared to every other venue we checked out. We received well beyond what we expected and cannot recommend SB Courthouse Distillery enough to anyone looking for the ideal wedding venue with exceptional staff who truly care. Thank you to everyone who made our day so special!
