The 17,000 sq. foot Villa features Spanish Colonial architecture with aesthetic courtyards, water fountains, arched entryways, curved columns, tiled staircases, and prodigious use of ironwork, which add grace and drama to the crisp white façade bathed in bougainvillea.

Hummingbird Nest books events year round! We are an outdoor venue so April through mid November are our busiest times.
Hummingbird books events year round! We are an outdoor venue so December through March are our slower season.
Hummingbird requires events to select an alcohol vendor from our pre-approved exclusive list! We have a diverse list of talented and professional vendors to suit all client needs.
Valet service is required for all events through SoCal Valet. Clients will pre-pay for valet prior to guests arriving.
Hummingbird is a unique and historic property. Unfortunately that means the property is not always the most accessible. We have ramps available for more commonly trafficked areas and will always go above and beyond to accommodate any specific needs!
Included: 24 Hour Site Rental (8am to 8am) | Dressing Suite | Luxury Restrooms and Attendant | Vendor Parking Areas | Dumpsters for Vendor Trash Disposal Not Included: Rentals, catering, bar, security, valet, florals, photography, etc.
Your reservation includes 24 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour if available.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Clients and vendors will need to provide Certificates of Insurance for liability prior to the event. We provide a convenient partner link to obtain sufficient insurance quick and easy!
We offer a list of exclusive vendors for: Catering, Rentals, Florals, Bar, Security, and Valet. Bringing in outside vendors is allowed with additional buyout fees. All other types of vendors are completely open for clients to select any vendor of their preference.
