The Art of Roam is a luxury mobile coffee and matcha catering company serving weddings throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. We create handcrafted beverage experiences featuring specialty coffee, ceremonial matcha and botanical beverages made with premium ingredients. Every menu is thoughtfully customized to complement your celebration, with beautiful presentation, professional service and drinks your guests will remember long after the last cup is served.

Our modern mobile coffee cart combines exceptional coffee, ceremonial matcha and premium ingredients with thoughtful presentation and warm hospitality.     The art of roam was such a huge hit for my wedding. My guests really enjoyed the matcha drinks, coffee, and teas as a pre ceremony treat and cocktail hour option! Strawberry matcha was the fan favorite as was mine. Reasonable prices for guest count of 140 (~1800) and having 5 drinks for the menu. Solange and the team were super easy, professional, and communicative throughout. They were even able to accommodate and get my favorite tea (osmanthus oolong) in the menu as well. Lovely and so worth it!!! Highly recommend for anyone weddings!

    We had a great experience working with Art of Roam for a recent backyard summer event! They were incredibly responsive throughout the process, the coffee was a huge hit with our guests, and they offer so many great branding and customization options. Yes. Our services typically start at a 50-guest minimum, with pricing based on guest count, service time, menu selection, location and any optional branding or add-ons.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event dates. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability and the level of customization requested.
We are based in Los Angeles and serve events throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. Travel outside our standard service area may be available depending on the event and location.
We do not offer standard tastings. For select large-scale events or weddings, we may be able to provide a limited canned beverage sample experience depending on the booking size, menu and availability.
Our service includes the selected beverage menu, cups, lids, napkins, serviceware, ice, equipment, cart setup, on-site beverage service and breakdown for the agreed guest count and service time. Optional branding and custom add-ons are available separately.
Yes. The cart can be used as-is with The Art of Roam branding or customized to fit your wedding. We can create a custom beverage menu and specialty drinks tailored to your event, along with optional add-ons such as a front logo decal, full cart wrap, custom cup stickers or printed cups, custom menu design and custom drink art printing.
We don’t require a set number of meetings. Most planning can be handled by email, with a call scheduled if needed to finalize your menu, service details, timing and any custom add-ons before the wedding.
We offer both cold and hot beverage service depending on your event. Cold service can include draft cold brew, matcha, lemonades, teas, mocktails and other specialty beverages served from our tap system. We can also provide hot espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos and americanos. Optional add-ons include custom beverage menus, specialty drinks created for your wedding, a front cart logo decal, full cart wrap, custom cup stickers or printed cups, custom menu design and custom drink art printing. The cart can also be used as-is with The Art of Roam branding.
