Our Story

Coffee & Friends is a mobile espresso bar located in Los Angeles, CA. We bring the coffee bar to you and your friends. Regardless of the type of event or location, we are more than happy to make your experience memorable. We are dedicated to bringing you joy with every cup. In fact, we’re super serious about it. Our coffee beans are freshly roasted and shipped weekly, brewed to perfection by our Italian espresso machine. Our handmade drinks are topped with only the finest ingredients. From bean to brew, with lots of love and care, we pride ourselves on sourcing only the best for you.

Our quality and customer service. We make sure that each customer is happy with their drink. If anything is off, we will remake it until customer is satisfied. We can provide service anywhere between 20 to 500 people.

Espresso Package

Price$750

Description

2 hours unlimited drinks for a group size up to 50 people. This package includes: full menu items, iced coffees, hot coffees, decaf, cold brew, sweet cold foam, speciality coffees, iced tea lemonade, 7 flavors (mocha, white chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, vanilla, cane sugar, sugar free vanilla) 3 milk options (whole, oat, almond) and people can customize any drink to their preference.

Iced Coffee Package

Price$600

Description

Service is 2 hours unlimited drinks for up to 50 guests. Our Iced Coffee package includes: iced coffee, blueberry Iced coffee, iced tea lemonade, 4 flavors (vanilla, hazelnut, cane sugar, sugar-free vanilla), and 3 milks (oat, almond and whole).

  • Setup and clean-up of coffee cart

Refresher Package

Price$550

Description

Service is 2 hours unlimited drinks for up to 50 guests. Our refresher package includes: 3 iced refreshers (pick from iced tea lemonade, iced passion, iced peach mango, iced watermelon cucumber, iced black tea, lemonade).

    Our friends loved Coffee & Friends!

    We saw this coffee cart at our friend’s birthday party and loved their blueberry latte and macchiatos! We were so sad that they don’t have a permanent location yet and are a mobile coffee company for now. We knew we would have them cater our coffee for any event we had coming up, so when we got engaged and were planning my wife’s bridal shower we knew we had to book them and impress our guests with premium coffee. Sousanna designed a custom cart for us that was creative and elegant but still keeping the whimsical vibe we enjoy. Our guests loved their coffee and were so happy to be treated to organic, premium quality drinks for the brunch bridal shower. Their cart is so cute it is part of the decorations and elevates the ambience instantly.

    The Amazing Coffee and Friends !

    I had the pleasure of hiring Coffee and Friends coffee catering for my daughter’s birthday. Let me tell you, they were the center of the party. All my guests love them and they were all going for doubles. From communication, to service, to quality, everything was brewtiful. They had made me a custom made cover for the cart to match my party theme and it was perfect. They have many options and additions. Recommended to everyone !!!

    Incredible Coffee Cartering Vendor!

    I was so happy to come across Coffee & Friends for my birthday party! I booked the espresso package where my guests had the experience to enjoy a full coffee menu and choose any drink and have the option to customize! The baristas are professional and friendly. Most importantly, their coffee was delicious! Each option was packed with the best coffee flavor. Also, they have something for anyone.

Only if the event location is outside 25+ miles of Los Angeles. $3 per mile if traveling 25 miles outside of Los Angeles. We do travel to Orange County and Ventura County.
We serve all of Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County.
Yes, our event minimum is $750 for all weddings. Your final quote depends on number of guests.
We arrive an hour before the start of the serving time. Ex: 2PM setup for a 3PM start time. We also offer early setup or day before for an extra fee.
We are a mobile catering service. If you are within the Los Angeles area, we can coordinate a tasting.
We recommend 1-2 months prior to your event.
The delivery / setup / clean-fee is included in the package.
