I love my job. For me, it’s kind of two-fold. JR Music Collective got its start with the simple idea of live music and DJ service from one vendor caught on across the region and the company began adding more musician/DJs to its roster. This business came about from a little over a decade of hard work by Theodore in the Theatre and A/V event industries. Years of exceptional team building and execution of large-scale events, as well as a longstanding background of being musically educated (brass, 12 years), performing, and teaching music, led us to finally formalize the business in this format.
