I have a very diverse musical background and have been listening to, analyzing and loving music since I was a child. I have immense knowledge on most genres so I can fulfill most musical requests and answer questions about songs you might not even know or remember you wanted! I also offer an online client portal to every client that books with me giving access to tools to help you plan your wedding should you need them!

As a solo operator I book only one wedding a day which means your wedding gets my full attention! On top of that, all communication will be with me specifically and nothing will ever be lost in translation. I also have a background in healthcare so I deeply care about my clients like I would a patient. I devote all of my resources to ensuring your wedding entertainment comes out the way you have pictured it in your head all those times!

    I highly recommend Rodney to any family/friends. He was super helpful in making sure the day ran smoothly and was very professional and showed up on time. He had great music taste and good suggestions for my spanish speaking family members. I am very grateful for his presence and entertainment it was the perfect wedding!!

He made communication easy and flexible, coordinating with us whenever we had time before the wedding and answering questions without any hassle. On the day of, he stuck to our plan while staying alert to clarify details as things unfolded. What really impressed us was how well he read the dance floor and kept the energy up for everyone.     Best DJ out of every wedding we've been to

    DJ Skrubb was our wedding DJ and did a fantastic job! Working with him was simple and straight forward. He took a playlist of our favorite songs and used that to create a music set that fit our tastes and had our guests dancing the ENTIRE night. We are still receiving comments from friends and family about how good he was and how hard it is to find a DJ who can read a wedding crowd and keep a vibe going all night. During the ceremony he was able to play our edited songs and music clips without issue. Sound quality was good and he provided audio for ceremony, dining and dance floor areas, all of which were in separate areas. Would recommend him to anyone looking for an easy, straight forward DJ to work with that provides great music and good vibes for your wedding.

    Wedding

    We hired DJ Skrubb, Musician (Rodney) for our wedding and could not have been happier. Rodney was very communicative throughout the planning process, which put us at ease. The songs we chose for our wedding and his style of music was exactly what we wanted to make our special day perfect. We gave Rodney a long list of must-play songs for the reception and he expertly wove them into his existing playlist. Rodney was also our MC and kept our guests entertained and engaged all night long. An extra bonus was that he had a portable sound system allowing him to provide music at our ceremony at a separate location before travelling to the reception venue. Rodney's professionalism, enthusiasm and impressive musical repertoire contributed so much joy and fun to our big day.
