Honestly 10 out of 5 stars is what I would give this company. Misha was my day of coordinator and she was attentive, caring, proactive, and really loves weddings l. She listened intently on how my partner and I met and looked through my wedding PowerPoint and responded to all my texts. There was a hiccup the morning of my wedding but gthr went above and beyond where the founder of the company actually came to help to make sure everything was seamless. I wasn't expecting that at all so seeing her there assisting made me feel at ease. If they weren't there I think I would've been a hot mess. Worth every penny.

We worked with Sandra for almost 2 years planning our wedding. When we started, we had a strong idea of what we wanted for our wedding but a really hard time finding the right venue in California. Hiring Sandra was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process we could have made. She found 25 venue options for us and scheduled in person site visits. Without her, we would not have found the perfect venue for our vision. Our favorite part of hiring Sandra was that it never felt like work planning our wedding. It was as fun as we wanted it to be. We had a fantastic experience working with Elizabeth. She was the day-of-coordinator for our 150-person wedding in Oakland, CA in May 2023. The day before, and the day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her and her assistant Rachel. We were so grateful for her expertise and support – she did so much for us on the day of the wedding, and I’m certain she was doing things behind the scenes that we didn’t even know about that kept everyone and everything running perfectly, and on time. We confirmed our date with Elizabeth 9 months out, found and signed contracts with the rest of our vendors, and then started communicating with her again a few months out. She helped us with our timeline, got us thinking about quite a few things we hadn’t thought of, and then a few weeks before the wedding, we had a seamless handover. She helped our vision come to life, was very calming and kind, had great communication with the rest of our vendors, and we can’t recommend her enough.

Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.

The Two Perfect Events Team is a class act. The Team made of Justine, Annie Marissa, and Natalie and lead by Leah Hwung is professional, accommodating and incredibly organized. From the start we knew we were in good hands as Leah and her Team had organized my Fathers Wedding, which was perfect. Leah started with the detail tracker which lined out all of the aspects of a wedding. She educated and guided us through the process. Her knowledge and respect among the vendors was impressive. They all enjoyed working with her and I believe this was a factor in the smoothness of the event was due to her industry relationships. Leah provided great vendor and contract management saving us time and stress. Day of the wedding was when Leah and her team really shined. Leah handled all of the behind-the-scenes action to ensure that the event ran smoothly and perfect. We did not see or experience any hick-ups which helped calm our nerves on an already stressful day. The regular check-ins throughout the day were comforting and organized. Another aspect of the Wedding’s success was the Team’s ability quickly and efficiently find solutions to problems.
