We selected the Partial Planning Package for our wedding, and from the moment we signed the contract, we knew we were in good hands. Luciana immediately shared a comprehensive planning folder filled with resources, guidance, timelines, and instructions that helped us understand exactly what needed to happen and when. Everything was thoughtfully organized and designed to keep us on track throughout the planning process. Although the package officially begins six months before the wedding, Luciana was proactive from the start. We had recurring meetings leading up to the wedding where she reviewed our progress, answered questions, helped us think through decisions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Anything logistics-related was expertly managed by Luciana. From vendor coordination and contract reviews to creating and maintaining the master timeline, she kept every moving piece organized and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs gave us tremendous peace of mind. Masumi was equally wonderful to work with. When it came time to focus on design and décor, she guided us through a detailed review process and helped us refine our vision. Her recommendations for color palettes, décor elements, and overall styling were thoughtful, practical, and beautiful. She has an incredible eye for design and helped ensure that all of the details felt cohesive and true to us as a couple. What truly set this team apart was their support on the wedding day itself. Luciana and Masumi handled countless details behind the scenes—from vendor management and setup to coordinating the timeline and making sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. Because of them, we never had to worry about logistics or problem-solving. We were able to be fully present with each other, our families, and our guests, knowing they had everything under control. One of the greatest gifts they gave us was the ability to simply enjoy our wedding day. They made sure we were where we needed to be, kept events moving seamlessly, and handled venue and vendor coordination in the background without ever making us feel rushed or stressed.
