I was photographer for Golden Artist Colors, based in New Berlin, NY, for five years. I am currently the principal photographer for the Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown, NY. My work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, and Opera Magazine, among others, as well as winning awards and appearing in several galleries. I have been a professional photographer for over 25 years and of course very much love what I do. Much of my experience and education with photography evolved while living in lower Manhattan, working with editorial, fashion, glamour, photojournalism and still life photographers for Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Interview, Real Simple and Self magazines. I reside in the heart of NY with my wife Beth and our two beautiful children.

I have always been in love with photography. The hard part in the beginning was turning it into a career! But through exploring the different types and genres of photography, I settled on portraiture with an editorial or story-based style. Weddings were the natural outlet for this interest. I'm on my way to becoming a licensed yoga instructor. I'm obsessed with how my hair smells after a day in the woods. If you can relate, we'll probably be best friends. I live with my amazing fiancé, Alex, and we have two kids who are way cooler than we are. We also have FIVE cats and two dogs.
