That one photo inspired us to review the gallery of their entire wedding and then her portfolio and we were blown away. 7 months later our own wedding day arrived. My husband and I are the type of people who are wildly present and constantly forget to take photographs of our life together. We knew we wanted to capture this day without the photography becoming a chore or hindering our ability to do what we do best and enjoy our time. Nina was able to provide just that and was incredible (as was the second photographer she worked with for our big day). She scouted beautiful locations and found the perfect lighting. We had a brunch wedding which poses a challenge for a photographer with harsh morning light, but Villa came prepared and used the soft reflections and cloudy skies to capture truly stunning images. She helped create a photography timeline that ended up being invaluable, especially since we were working with a tight morning schedule for our 10:45 a.m. church ceremony.
