We got married at Stroudsmoor Country Inn at the Lawnhaven venue on June 14th, and we truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. From the moment we toured the venue to the moment we said goodbye to our last guest, everything was absolutely seamless—and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Stroudsmoor. Our coordinator, Grace, was an absolute gem. For months leading up to the wedding, her communication was always timely, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Grace made it feel manageable, personal, and even fun. She thought of every little detail and kept us calm and organized the whole way through. Greyson from the floral and decor department deserves a standing ovation. The floral arrangements and decor were beyond anything we could have imagined. He took our vision, elevated it, and made the entire venue feel like it was pulled straight from a dream. Greyson and his team truly go above and beyond for their couples—you can tell how much heart and talent they bring to every single setup. Then there’s Alex—our wedding day hero. It rained almost the entire weekend, but Alex made sure not a single wrinkle showed in the day (literally and figuratively). She was calm, proactive, and completely unshakable, handling any curveballs with professionalism and grace. The food? Incredible. Our guests are still raving about the bacon-wrapped scallops, the brie and apricot pastries, and the mac and cheese bites (those went FAST). Every course was perfectly prepared, beautifully served, and deeply enjoyed by all. But what really set Stroudsmoor apart was the staff. Every single person we encountered—from servers to bartenders to shuttle drivers—went above and beyond not only for us but for every one of our guests. We felt genuinely cared for, celebrated, and supported at every turn. To anyone considering having their wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn: don’t think twice. The team here is extraordinary, the venue is stunning, and the experience is unforgettable. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who made our day so special.

Stokesay Castle is truly a dream venue, not just because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of its incredible staff. When we first toured the venue the manager, Luis, welcomed us like family. He took the time to explain all the packages available and even adjusted his recommendations to match our guest count, and never pushed us toward anything we didn’t need. He also shared helpful budget-friendly tips to make our day even more special and affordable. When we returned a second time for a renovation event, Luis remembered us instantly, greeting us with a big hug and even gave a personal tour, which expressed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Later, we had the pleasure of working with the new director, Dara, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the wedding-planning process. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and informative and always had a smile on her face. On our wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to ensure every detail went smooth and perfect. When talking about the food, all I have to say is it was absolutely phenomenal. Stokesay Castle’s menu offered a variety of delicious options, and while we had to narrow down our wedding-day menu, we also got to sample the rest at our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything we tried was outstanding. The castle building itself is the perfect blend of modern elegance as well as old-time medieval appeal. It has stunning scenery, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, snd spacious getting-ready rooms for both bride and groom. The gorgeous grand ballroom comfortably accommodated our 112 guests with room to spare, and it was everything we envisioned. Each time I visited Stokesay Castle I fell in love with it all over again, and that’s when I knew it was the place for us.

From our first tour of the venue, we knew we wanted to have our ceremony and reception at Vault 634. The venue is breathtaking and is the ultimate backdrop for photos. Although the venue is gorgeous, it really was the staff/coordinators at Vault 634 that made our experience as great as it was. Jared, Eric and Shanice were accessible, personable and felt like friends by our wedding day. Their response time is impeccable and their quick response time helped to keep my stress at bay. They also accommodated changes that I made the week before the wedding with such grace. Planning a wedding is stressful in itself, but working with this team made everything manageable. Where to even begin. WITWs made our dream wedding a reality. The venue space is beautiful and just gets better as the sun goes down. During the wedding planning process we had a specific vision in mind of how we wanted our big day to look like and WITWs checked every box. Aaron & Andrea were a blessing to work with. Always there to answer questions leading up to the big day. Lisa the host coordinator was great as well. She assisted us with pulling decorations from the decoration shed and making sure all the chairs, tables & arbor were decorated just the way we envisioned. She even chased away some bees (lol) WITWs is always improving the grounds. Since we booked two years ago they have built a speakeasy for the guys to get ready in and upgraded the landscaping with accent lighting and a fountain. They also have extras you can add on to your day. We opted to rent the old truck for our bridal party. You can also rent the chapel. They also have multiple ceremony spaces on the grounds. We were married by the water feature down by the pond. If you are looking for a venue with upscale rustic beauty look no further. WITWs is your venue!!!!

We recently had our wedding at Bear Mill Estate. It's a truly beautiful venue and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds offer so many wonderful places to take photos. The cocktail/reception area have many unique spaces were guests could relax, dance, and socialize without getting stuck at their assigned tables. And we can't say enough good things about the day of coordinator, Troy, who was amazing at the usual wedding chaos (kids, dog, demanding guests, etc) but also kept our wedding together despite one difficult vendor. Our guests were constantly raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was. If you're having a small to medium size wedding, we absolutely recommend Bear Mill, and would gladly book them for our next (non-wedding) event.

I held my wedding at the Cypress House on May 27th and I cannot use a better word to describe the day than "perfect". The Cypress House is a truly exceptional venue and it is even more gorgeous than the photos. We hosted our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the venue. I cannot tell how many times throughout our wedding day my husband and I were asked "how did you find this place?!" Not only is the venue stunning but the staff is nothing short of exceptional. The three sisters who run this venue take tremendous pride in this place and it shows. They were all easy to work with and were so accommodating of my busy schedule while planning my wedding. Courtney made coordinating all aspects of the venue easy and provided an excellent list of vendors which were AMAZING. Alexa added the most gorgeous designs and rentals that enhanced our day and made it feel like us. Chelsea provided some of the most stunning florals ever and transformed our ceremony flowers into a gorgeous sweetheart table. The staff that helped us on the day was also amazing and we laughed at many points because they are so organized and on top of things we felt like we had the secret service keeping our wedding day running smoothly! Finally our day of coordinator Chloe was so easy to work with and immediately felt like a friend helping us make the day run perfectly. I would book the Cypress House 1000 times over and I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding at this venue. I cannot thank the Cypress House and their team enough for the amazing day they provided us.

I can not reccommend The Booking House enough! The venue itself is a one of a kind, beautiful, spacious and all my guests were obsessed! The staff is amazing!! They were so kind, organized and attentive and helped make planning my wedding so easy every single step of the way. We used their in house bar tenders as well as day of coordinator! I highly suggest including both on your wedding package! Aalea- that day of coordinator was absolutely incredible! I can't express that enough. She was the sweetest, most fun and caring person! She made our big day run so flawlessly. She took care of all hiccups that came along with the day, and I never even knew about them. She did such an amazing job and brought my wedding dream to life. Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!

The Inn at Leola Village was absolutely phenomenal! From the very first interaction, Stephanie and Gianna were effective, friendly, and thoughtful in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. The value they provided was excellent - not only is the venue itself beautifully appointed, but so many conveniences were included for the price that it made our day run that much more smoothly. For example, Stephanie recommended we skip the traditional first dances and family speeches and instead just dance our guests right into the dining room to a small surprise set from our band! This really kicked off the party in a fun and lively way which set the tone for the entire night. Absolutely wonderful to work with, Stephanie and Gianna are true professionals, and all we had to do as the couple was show up and leave the rest to them. We couldn't be happier with our decision to host our wedding at The Inn at Leola Village.
