About this venue
The Dery House is the largest estate in the Lehigh Valley, this historic mansion built in 1917 and the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations. Once home to the prominent George Dery. Leader to the largest silk factory in the world AKA King of Silk. Today it has been lovingly restored and fully renovated to host weddings and special events with grace and sophistication. The Dery House has two exquisite large ballrooms to the beautiful portico and garden landscape provides endless photo opportunities, while the charming patio is ideal for hosting romantic ceremonies under the open sky. For added comfort and luxury, the mansion has 9 spectacular suites and a private bridal penthouse for overnight stays. No event is too big or too small, whether an intimate gathering or a grand affair, the Dery House offers unforgettable experience.

Dery mansion
Attended a wedding here that was clearly lacking. The coordinator was rude to guests and the bride. She was not the person I would want next to me on my big day. Building was gorgeous, but lacking in management- plus the food was served cold.

A Historical Time Piece
From the Stain Glass, the original woodwork, and atmosphere both inside and out, there are a lot of great places to take pictures at. Not only is it a proud moment to invite guests, but they love coming.

The Dery House is a splendid the historic mansion. We had a great event there. They went beyond our expectations. The catering was exceptional. Overall, it was a great experience and we strongly recommend it.
