About this venue
The Dery House is the largest estate in the Lehigh Valley, this historic mansion built in 1917 and the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations. Once home to the prominent George Dery. Leader to the largest silk factory in the world AKA King of Silk. Today it has been lovingly restored and fully renovated to host weddings and special events with grace and sophistication. The Dery House has two exquisite large ballrooms to the beautiful portico and garden landscape provides endless photo opportunities, while the charming patio is ideal for hosting romantic ceremonies under the open sky. For added comfort and luxury, the mansion has 9 spectacular suites and a private bridal penthouse for overnight stays. No event is too big or too small, whether an intimate gathering or a grand affair, the Dery House offers unforgettable experience.

The Dery House is the perfect spot for a wedding! From the moment my friends first reached out, the staff was warm, effusive and easy to work with. The old-world charm, unforgettable ambiance, and unique, romantic atmosphere made their special day truly unforgettable. The attention to detail provided, from the elegant decor to the exceptional service, was remarkable. When I get married again, this is the place I will choose - The Dery House is a one-of-a-kind venue that I cannot recommend highly enough.

The Dery Mansion is truly one of the best places to get married in the USA — I cannot recommend it enough. This breathtaking historic estate exudes vintage elegance and timeless charm. Every detail of the mansion feels refined and romantic, creating the most unforgettable atmosphere for a wedding celebration. The space itself is spectacular — over 24,000 square feet of beautifully maintained grandeur, offering both intimacy and scale all at once. The food is exceptional, and the staff is simply outstanding: attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making your day perfect.
