Our Peak season is the Fall, September through December with Decembers always in high demand
The summer months June through August even during Musikfest. We have flexibility to work within your budget.
We have an amazing bar with exceptional bartender, we offer many handcrafted drinks along with a curated wine list and beer on tap in bottles.
We recommend parking in the North Street Parking Deck (Level 4), with access to the building via the pedestrian bridge. Parking is $1.50 per hour, payable to the Bethlehem Parking Authority. Parking validation is available for your guests with at least five business days' notice prior to your event.
We are ADA compliant with in the parking deck you have access to handicap parking. our restaurant is also on one floor.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked dates we will not charge you any additional fees.
Our building is located 6miles away from Lehigh Valley Internatiol Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation, by private car or taxi.
No, our venue is fully insured. If you bring in additional vendors they are required to have liabilty insurance.
