We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! We like supporting small businesses and folks just getting started, and we got recommended Finn by a mutual friend. We kept it small and had them coordinate our actual Big Day. As someone who has done a LOT of managing other people's problems, I mean events, having a competent lesbian around who had taken extensive notes on what we wanted and who to talk to and handled every single thing that came up from directing caterers to the too many people who really Just Want to Be Helpful was just fantastic. Finn was incredibly responsive, asked pointed questions that got at potential problems we had not considered, and was incredibly patient with us when we got a little all over the place. They also took the animal bones, cold outdoors, and eccentricities of our privacy preferences in great stride. and they're funny as all get out. 10/10.”

“Desiree was our coordinator for our wedding this past June, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of wedding coordinator! Desiree made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first meeting with her via Zoom. She seemed knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and was also just super happy for us which made the year leading up to our wedding feel even more special. She was always responsive when we had questions and she absolutely KILLED it on the actual wedding day. She completely handled setup and even did our dinner tablescapes which turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We did have one hiccup where there was a miscommunication and Desiree ended up not making it to our venue walkthrough a few weeks before the wedding, but it turned out fine since she already had familiarity with our venue and because we were able to answer all of the venue's questions ourselves. Anyway, this is just a small portion of what we loved about working with Desiree, but it's safe to say we feel great about our choice of wedding coordinator and would definitely go with Desiree if we had to do it all over again.”

“This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do. The best decision we could have ever made was hiring them to plan our wedding. We are forever grateful for the time, effort and love they poured into our special day. Nae is such a calming and easy-going presence and she never once broke a sweat coordinating our day. She listened and understood everything I wanted. “Where do I even begin? Hiring her was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, Bridget truly thought of everything. Every detail, every deadline, every moving part — she had it covered. She walked us through every step and had amazing advice. When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before the wedding, we were completely overwhelmed. She immediately went into action mode, pivoted seamlessly, and helped us secure a new plan without missing a beat. What could have been a disaster turned into just another hurdle she expertly handled. We were based in San Francisco, and she is based in the greater Seattle area — and distance was never an issue. She scheduled calls whenever we needed, reached out to vendors, and followed up consistently to keep everyone aligned. She even flew down to SF twice during the planning process and then arrived early the week of the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly in place. That level of dedication meant the world to us. She reminded us about payments and deadlines and caught so many little things we absolutely would have forgotten. Her organization and proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One thing that meant so much to me personally was how supportive she was of my DIY projects. She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I know some planners prefer to limit DIY elements, but she fully embraced them — and then set everything up absolutely perfectly. Every detail looked even better than I imagined. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re wondering whether she can handle your wedding, no matter your location, the answer is absolutely yes. She flawlessly executed our day, and we would choose Bridget again in a heartbeat.”
