“Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. Day-of, she hustled so hard and executed on every detail we discussed, making our day worry and stress free. “There are really no words to say how absolutely LIFESAVING it was to have Monique coordinate our wedding!!! From the start of the process with filling out our questionnaire to packing up the end of the night, she is THE most detail-oriented, efficient, get things done professional. She is so warm, welcoming, and open to getting to know your vision and making it happen. We had quite a large bridal party with multiple events, and her wedding master document made it so much easier to keep everything and everyone organized and make sure nothing was missed. People always say to expect something to go wrong on your wedding day, it's not going to be perfect, but honestly nothing was missed and it was everything we could have hoped for. All of our decor and details were in place, everything was accounted for at the end of the night, and so many people in our party commented what a perfect combination she was of "professional and firm but friendly and not overbearing at all."
