“I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments and her style is exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt “overly edited” just perfectly genuine. I cannot recommend Ali enough. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”
