The Quarry at Carrigan Farms features clear blue water, a white sand beach and a lush green lawn surrounding the 75 foot tall cascading waterfall. At nighttime, the color changing lights illuminate the cliffs. Located thirty miles North of Charlotte North Carolina, Carrigan Farms is a real farm that grows delicious fruits and vegetables such as asparagus, lettuce, sweet corn, strawberries, apples, pumpkins and more. Their fresh produce is used in the farm-to-table wedding catering. Carrigan Farms offers everything from intimate elopements to events sized up to 750 guests. Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights.
