There are indoor and outdoor facilities on the premises, offering great spaces for both ceremonies and receptions. The property enjoys a tranquil atmosphere while benefitting from modern amenities. The Venue
The Coach House Wedding & Event Venue is a banquet hall that is situated in a beautiful countryside setting.
Over 3,000 square feet, the indoor space is ideal for receptions and dancing. The Courtyard or the pond view area can seat up to 200 guests for a scenic outdoor ceremony. The covered patio can be used as a buffet or cocktail hour area. The Bar Deck is another area that can be utilized, offering a more intimate gathering space for guests. The bridal suite has a sitting area, as well as vanities, chairs, and a full-length mirror. The groom's room offers a wide-screen TV and a fire pit.

Included in this room:
Included are round tables, white chairs, and linens. Couples can select their own preference for caterers, florists, and other vendors. The wedding fee at this venue includes 20 round tables, four rectangular tables, three round tables, and six cocktail tables. It also includes 400 white chairs and venue access for 12 to 15 hours, depending on the day of rental. There is plenty of space around the banquet hall for parking, and staff will be on-site to assist with party needs and event cleanup.

Beautiful area & wonderful atmosphere
The Coach House Wedding & Event Venue is a beautiful space that can easily adapt to a couple's unique vision. Rita and her team are detailed, efficient and punctual in their communication, always available to meet the couple's needs and wishes. I personally love how organized the venue is from start to finish, with Rita ensuring that everyone is satisfied and all needs are met. The bridal shed is a huge plus for decorating as well. Overall, this is a top-notch venue that I would highly recommend to any couple planning their wedding.
A Wonderful Wedding Experience
Rita Gilmore and the wedding coordinator Robin worked to ensure that our daughter & son-in-law's wedding day was perfect from beginning to end. Rita answered all questions at the pre-planning session, as well as emailed questions. Both ladies worked hard on the wedding day to make sure all the details were perfect - attaching the chair bows, lighting the table candles, icing down the juice pouches for the kids and more. They didn't forget a thing! The venue was beautiful for an outdoor October wedding and the inside reception area was perfect for dinner and dancing. As Mother of the Bride, we were thrilled with the outcome of the newlywed's special day. A special shout out also goes to Ken Thomas Photography, who did a terrific job with the pictures, Sweet Life Bakery for the beautiful wedding cake & cupcakes, DJ Kris from Grand Hour Events for the fun line dances that he led, and the florist at Lowes Foods Harrisburg, who created beautiful bouquets.
