About this venue
Utsav Event Spaces in Charlotte offers flexible indoor banquet halls for weddings, receptions, and celebrations of every size. With three halls seating up to 200, 450, and 650 guests, couples can host an intimate gathering or a grand celebration in one convenient location. Tables and chairs are included, in-house catering is available, and outside catering is welcome from licensed caterers only. A full bar is on site, along with a bridal and getting-ready room, projector screens, and a spacious lobby. A stage is available at an extra charge. Guests enjoy ample free parking, hotels on the same street, and a location about 10 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown Charlotte.

Excellent!!
We hosted our Anniversary at Utsav Event Spaces and it was the best decision. The Grand hall looked stunning, there was plenty of room for all our guests, and the food was amazing, especially the live counters. The team handled everything smoothly from start to finish, so we could actually enjoy our own party. If you are planning a wedding or big celebration in Charlotte, this is the place.

Best Event Space Ever!

Beautiful hall n wonderful team
We celebrated our event at Utsav Event Spaces. The hall is spacious and beautifully set up, the food was fresh and delicious, and staff took care of every detail. Our guests are still talking about it. Highly recommend for weddings and parties in Charlotte!
