About this venue

Say "I Do" at The Redfield Estate Nestled on National Historic Landmark grounds, this vintage 1930s estate offers a romantic woodland setting for weddings and special events. Accommodate 100–125 guests depending on the season and service style. Your rental features the historic house with original stained glass windows and fireplace, a 30' × 60' stone pavilion, gazebo, beautiful wooded grounds with ponds and fountains, tables, chairs, and complimentary parking. We partner exclusively with eight full-service caterers who handle food, beverages, staffing, linens, equipment, setup, and breakdown. Catering typically runs $130–$175+ per person, separate from venue rental. Bistro-lit trees and lamp-lit walkways create an enchanting atmosphere for ceremonies, receptions, and unforgettable photos year-round.

The Great Room accommodates up to 50 guests for an intimate ceremony, while the Solarium and dining room provide bright, flexible areas for receptions, cocktails, games, or dancing. Two private dressing suites give wedding parties separate spaces to prepare. A full caterer's kitchen supports your culinary team, and the majestic oak tree creates a breathtaking natural backdrop for outdoor ceremonies.

The Pavilion

Open-air elegance with all the comforts.

This spacious, picturesque pavilion works beautifully for ceremonies or receptions. It comfortably seats 110 guests for a traditional reception with tables and chairs included. We can accommodate up to 120 seated guests, though 110 is our recommended comfortable capacity for a traditional reception layout. The space also accommodates up to 125 for a cocktail-style event. The space offers room for dancing and features a built-in fireplace, creating a warm focal point for your evening.
