Adjoining the Foyer is The Grand Ballroom, which boasts a sophisticated, modern aesthetic. Up to 275 guests can be seated around a spacious dance floor. Adjacent to The Grand Ballroom is our outdoor veranda with lush landscaping and views of the 59th Street Bridge. The veranda is fitted with lounge furniture and a gas-fire table for guests to enjoy.

Located on the 6th floor of the Ravel Hotel, our adored Penthouse has been Long Island City's only climate-controlled retractable rooftop, allowing us to host wedding receptions and cocktail parties all year round. Perfection
My husband and I cannot recommend having your wedding at Ravel Hotel enough. When we found the venue we were starting to lose hope that our dream venue was in NYC. We wanted something unique and special that felt like us, not just another ballroom with 4 walls. Almost immediately upon meeting Eman who ended up being our planner and touring the spaces, we knew this was the place for us. It is truly a spectacular venue. There is something for everyone at Ravel. We had our ceremony on the rooftop, cocktail reception on the observation deck, and reception in the penthouse, all of which were perfect for our 127 guest count. So many of our guests complimented the venue's vibe, stunning views, level of service, convenience, etc. We booked a room block onsite which Julissa made so easy and allowed for a seamless guest experience since we did not need to arrange any transportation. The bridal suite was massive and perfect for getting ready in! Eman was there every step of the way - she recommended vendors based on my Pinterest board, shared a detailed planning checklist that became my Bible, ensured that we met key deadlines, took many calls, and orchestrated everything beautifully behind the scenes to not only execute my vision, but exceed my expectations. Eman and her team are clearly invested in their work and made sure that our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Not many venues that I know of have planners that work closely with the bride and vendors from start to finish, and as a corporate event planner, this was a huge bonus for me. Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with Eman made it a fun process. The food at Ravel is also extremely noteworthy. At the complimentary tasting that they provide, we were floored by the amount of food, but more importantly the quality! We cannot recommend upgrading to the sushi bar and the filet mignon for your entree enough. We had guests who thought the cocktail hour was the dinner because it was so bountiful, and everyone raved about the steak! The dessert parade is such a fun way to end the night. Our bridal attendant, Miranda, was also a saint. I used to work at a wedding venue so I had an understanding of the attendant's role, which she blew right out of the water. Not a moment went by on our wedding day where she wasn't by my side helping me touch up my makeup, giving creative inspiration to the photographer, asking if we needed alone time, refilling our drinks, etc. Request her as your bridal attendant and thank me later. Multiple people told us that our wedding was the best they've ever attended and while we're biased, we have to agree. If you are on the fence about booking a tour of Ravel, let this be your sign to do it. If we could relive our wedding day we would in a heartbeat. The Ravel team provided everything we needed and more to have the most perfect day imaginable. It will be hard to top!!!

You won't find a better venue in NYC
The most perfect wedding venue you can find in NYC. The skyline views, the rooftop, the penthouse, the food, the service, it is all unbeatable. Almost every single guest told us it was the most perfect wedding they've ever gone to. First, the planning process. Eman is the most organized, efficient and professional coordinator you will find. She was there with us every step of the way, guiding us to make all the best choices. On the day of the wedding, it is scary how she is able to get things done. It's clear she has done it a million times and knows exactly what to do to make sure everything goes smoothly. The food - guests still have not stopped raving about the entire cocktail hour, from the sushi station to the sliders. For dinner, the entrees are ACTUALLY delicious - not your typical wedding food at all. And the dessert parade (also super yummy) is such a fun surprise to end the night with. The service - there were so many staff everywhere to help answer questions and give directions, and every single one was patient, kind and helpful. During the dinner, guests said that their water cup was never empty and the server for each table was responsive and accommodating. We never felt like we were just one in a hundred weddings they've done that season. It made all the difference for it to feel like a high-class event. The venue - you won't get views like this anywhere else. The rooftop for a ceremony is so so unique and special. The foyer was the perfect place for cocktail hour, such great vibes. And the penthouse was jaw-dropping gorgeous. The candles and string lights against the nighttime skyline makes for the best backdrop. Again, all the guests were raving about how beautifully it all came together. Ravel made our entire wedding into a perfect night we will never forget. You will not regret it!!

We LOVED our wedding at Ravel & so did our guests!
My husband and I looked at several venues in the NYC area (specifically in Greenpoint, Red Hook, and Jersey City). When we stepped into Ravel, we could immediately envision ourselves getting married there. Between the amazing views of Queens on the rooftop, the stunning backdrop of NYC from the penthouse, and the indoor spaces that allow for flexible weather planning, Ravel provided many beautiful options for hosting our wedding. We worked with Eman, and she helped us plan our wedding in less than 5 months! She is so much more than an event manager, she is your go-to person from the moment you book Ravel to the very last minute of your wedding day (and even after)! It was so fun getting to know her during the planning process, and she executed the day flawlessly. Our event booking also came with a bridal attendant, and Jadelyn was the greatest asset on the day of. We LOVED our wedding at Ravel, and so did our guests! We've been married for four weeks, and all of our friends and family are still gushing about the food, the drinks, and the views. Truly, the food was INCREDIBLE. I'm obviously biased, but I've personally been to 50 weddings, and I cannot recall guests enjoying the food as much as they did at Ravel. If you're even considering this location, go immediately, meet Eman, try the food, and book it!

Best day of our lives!!!!
My husband and I got married at The Ravel in May of 2026! We keep saying it was the best weekend of our lives - and our guests are still raving about it. Working with Eman for over a year planning the wedding was absolutely amazing. Her calm demeanor, "we can totally do that!" attitude, and ability to make our dream wedding come to life was amazing. The day was seamless, the food was INCREDIBLE, the environment and vibes were top notch. We confidently say that our wedding day was as great as it was, because The Ravel made it so special! Cannot recommend Eman and The Ravel enough, it was a 10/10 experience all around!!!!

where do I even begin? Having our wedding with Ravel events exceeded our expectations more than I ever could have imagined. From start to finish everything was perfection thanks to our amazing coordinator that the Ravel provided us with Eman. From day one Eman was there to guide me and support me through the whole wedding process. everyone was saying I was one of the most chill brides and I honestly think it’s because of how easy Eman and the Ravel made this experience! On the wedding day, I was assigned a bridal attendant, Jadelyn. I wasn't quite sure what to expect since we had never met before, but she quickly became one of the highlights of my day. She was kind, attentive, hardworking, and always one step ahead of anything I needed. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease, as though I had another friend by my side throughout the day. The food, the views, the service… No notes. It was a dream. The week leading up to the wedding I was really nervous since the weather was predicting rain the day of the wedding. Eman gave me many different options to make sure my day would go exactly the way I wanted despite rain, but she was still very hopeful and positive that it would clear up. Fortunately, for us, no rain, beautiful clear skies, and our dream rooftop ceremony was able to happen. Plus, we got the most beautiful sunset. The thing about the Ravel is that it faces the city so you get the most beautiful views of Manhattan. Views that guest still are raving about and almost every guest has a new profile picture on their Instagram and Facebook of them at the Ravel with the view! And top it off the night was so perfect that Eman was able to open the roof of the penthouse for us to have the most dreamy night under the stars. If you’re thinking about having your wedding at the Ravel, do not even double think it. It was the most perfect planning experience and the most perfect night.
