At SunHorse Weddings, we pour our hearts into every detail. With years of experience planning in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, we specialize in creating personalized, stress-free celebrations that reflect your love story. An now we are bringing that same expertise to Austin, Texas. From the first conversation to the last dance, our passion is helping couples relax and truly enjoy their wedding journey. We do it ALL for you. We create a whole wedding week event fully managed with your guests experience in mind.

Unlike month of planners, venue planners or travel agents, we are a full-service, concierge-style planning team. We personally curate trusted vendors, manage logistics, and oversee every detail so your wedding feels seamless, intentional, and uniquely you. Whether on Isla Mujeres or in Austin, our hands-on approach means you can be fully present while we take care of the rest. We contract all your vendors, manage all logistics, walk you through the whole process all remotely. Then we are your dedicated Day-Of Coordinators that do all set-up, guest and vendor management and tear-down/clean-up.

Description

We keep pricing simple and transparent. You’ll receive a master spreadsheet of all costs, and we manage all vendors on your behalf. A $2,000 deposit secures your date, with two final payments due 90 and 30 days before the wedding. Our fee is a percentage of the total, so we’re invested in your budget. All planning is organized in Google Drive and Basecamp, making the process easy and stress-free from anywhere.

    SunHorse Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was laid back yet extremely organized and easy to work with, which made planning our wedding so easy and took the stress out of everything. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was amazing - our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and so much fun for us and all of our guests. They helped plan everything and guided us with recommendations and suggestions that fit our vision and budget, including coordinating all of our other vendors from the venue to food and drinks to florals and decorations and hair & makeup, the officiant, photographer and the DJ and every little detail of the day you need - including some things we had never even thought of for the ceremony itself and so many other things! I loved how many options they gave us to really customize our day - we had fire dancers perform after dinner and even a churro cart! They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we dreamed of and we were so impressed and happy with how everything turned out - I could go on and on! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience!
