DO NOT BOOK
I'm so disappointed with the service we received from Rhian Ward-Moody Events. Their communication style was completely inconsistent, untrustworthy, and dishonest. They did not at all contribute to our special day - in fact, the wedding planner didn't even show up for the wedding or rehearsal! She left halfway through the decorating process and we never heard from her again. We were later told by a random assistant that she got into a car accident, but the timing didn't add up at all. We quickly realized that she just showed up to the venue in the beginning to prove she was there. Rhian Ward-Moody Events has changed their business name multiple times and continues to delete their accounts on The Knot and Yelp. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, and I don't know how they have any good reviews. Do not trust them or anything they say. I would give ZERO STARS

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rhian and her entire team. Rhian was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process and a lifesaver the day of the wedding. She was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had leading up to the day and was able to provide us with unbelievable vendor recommendations. We were extremely calm the day of the wedding knowing that we had someone as extraordinary as Rhian to handle any potential issues that could have occurred. I would definitely recommend Rhian and her entire team to anyone who is in the process of planning their wedding - you won’t be disappointed!
A god send
We can not say enough to show our gratitude to Rhian and Danielle for all they did to help make our wedding day perfect. When planning our destination wedding for Florence, IT we knew we needed someone to help coordinate all the details. We met via video chat with Rhian several times. Our families experienced a 2 big losses during the planning and we had to move our date 2 times. With the help of Rhian these changes were very simple. Contacting the priest, picking a restaurants for dinner and our welcome lunch and a salon for our day of preparations. Danielle became our main contact and she ran everything the day of the wedding, we could not have been happier. Closer to the wedding we met with Rhian and Danielle to finalize many of the details. Our wedding day was perfect! I am a bit of a perfectionist so handing all the decorating and final details over was hard but I am so glad I did. Rhian did the decorating EXACTLY the way I would have and her attention to detail that day was perfection. We even requested waters for the wedding guests last minute because it was so hot and she showed up to the church cold bottled water in hand. Thank you Rhian and Danielle for everything you did and for making our day perfect! PS- I am so sorry it took forever to write this review, we are so grateful!!
The planning was so smooth!!
When planning a wedding it can obviously be the most stressful thing ever and I was in need of finding the best wedding event planner that could help me make my intimate dream wedding come to life in only 3 and 1/2 weeks. As soon as I got off the phone with Rhian I knew I was in the absolute best hands and so much weight got lifted off of my shoulders. We vibed so well together her recommendations were amazing and up my alley. She knew what my vision was and truly made it happen. Wedding day could not have bee any better. To the details, the organization, the communication all throughout was truly incredible. I recommend Rhian to all my friends and family and ready to plan another event!!
