Lake Country Event Planning

I’m Shari, Owner and Executive Planner at lake country event planning. I was raised in Washington, D.C., fell in love with event planning in college (I’m a Hokie!) and I’ve been producing events ever since. Prior to starting lake country event planning, I worked as an events manager for several high-end venues and brands across the United States including Washington D.C. and Los Angeles, CA. In 2014, I moved to my husband’s hometown in Wisconsin. I started lake country event planning because my passion of taking someone’s vision and turning it into something real, was a goal of mine that I wanted to share with my community.

With the combined love of my community and planning events, I quickly became lake country’s to go-to planner for large scale weddings & events at lake homes & backyard properties due to the challenging details involved with private property planning. Because of this, I choose to only serve the lake country area for wedding & social events. This allows me to fully focus on my clients needs and be in close proximity to them at all times. I also partner with many beautiful venues in the lake country area and adore the relationships I’ve made with them. It’s truly a team effort.
