Clear, bright, high-quality photos work best! For the best results, avoid blurry or very dark images. Keep in mind that your photo may be slightly cropped to fit the square magnet shape, so photos with a little extra space around faces or important details are ideal.
Custom photo magnet orders are typically made within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your Good Snaps are on the way!
We want you to love your Good Snaps! If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or production error, or you receive the wrong item, email us at hi@goodsnapsco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.
Absolutely! You can upload a different photo for each magnet in your pack, or use the same favorite photo more than once—it's completely up to you.
Because each set of Good Snaps is custom-made using your photos, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or issues with customer-submitted photo quality. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or production error, or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right.
