From start to finish, working with our wedding Photo Booth vendor was one of the BEST decisions we made for our big day! The booth itself was such a huge hit — our guests were constantly laughing, posing, and making memories all night long. The quality of the photos was incredible, and the entire setup looked amazing and fit perfectly with our wedding vibe. What truly blew us away was the insanely fast turnaround time. We expected to wait awhile to relive all the fun, but everything was delivered so quickly and flawlessly. It honestly exceeded every expectation we had. Not only was the service professional and seamless, but he also made the whole experience fun, easy, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose him again in a heartbeat without even thinking twice. EPic Event Photo Booths was a fantastic addition to our special day. From the moment the attendant arrived, they set up the booth quickly and efficiently, ensuring it was ready to go when our guests started arriving. Throughout the night, the photo booth was a huge hit - everyone had a blast taking silly photos and printing out strips to keep as souvenirs. The quality of the photos was excellent, and the ability to instantly share them on social media was a big plus. Fun and affordable!
Our guests had a blast with the open-air photo booth! They loved being able to scan a QR code and get their photos instantly. The vintage-style camera looked amazing and fit right in with the rustic, forest vibes of our venue. Peter was so friendly, easy to work with, and offered tons of customizable layout options. The flat-rate pricing for the whole day was super affordable and stress-free. Overall, just a fantastic experience—highly recommend!

So Many Great Memories
We first used EPic Event Booths in December 2021 for my daughter's wedding and everything was fantastic. Everyone had the best time. Since that first event we have used them for a Baby Shower, a 25th Wedding Anniversary, two Graduation Parties and a few Birthday Parties. We are never disappointed and Peter is always upgrading equipment and bringing new experiences to our families events. We look forward to seeing what he will come up with next and love how he helps us capture so many memories.

To ensure the highest quality experience, we do not offer printing without a professional staff member present. We utilize studio-grade DNP photo lab printers to deliver instant, high-resolution keepsakes. These professional machines require expert oversight to guarantee they stay running smoothly, remain loaded, and—most importantly—are operated safely throughout your event.

We charge a distance-based Delivery & Professional Set-up fee. Because we are a full-scale professional operation—not just a side hustle—our base package prices are carefully calculated to cover on-site labor, insurance, graphic design, and professional software. Since we service a massive region across Wisconsin, separating the delivery cost allows us to keep our base package prices fair for everyone, rather than raising prices across the board to cover the variable costs of travel and staff transit time.
