Midwest Event Supply was a perfect addition to our big day! Their communication style was clear, concise, understanding, organized, and quick, which made the entire process worry-free. The quality of their work and attention to detail was top-notch - they brought my ideas to life, but even better than I imagined! The decor and setup was exactly what I wanted, and they handled the delivery, set up, and tear down seamlessly. I will definitely be coming back to Midwest Event Supply for other life events down the road. Highly recommend their services!

I truly would not have had as amazing of a wedding day without Alexis & Midwest Event Supply!!! As a very organized, planner-type bride, I never anticipated hiring an event planner or coordinator, but I am SO glad I found Alexis for day-of coordination! From the moment we started working together through the days after our wedding, my husband and I repeatedly exclaimed how grateful we were for Alexis. Before the wedding, we were able to meet multiple times, and she was always available when I needed her, incredibly easy to communicate with, and so reassuring to work with. She kept me calm when we had to navigate a sudden venue change, successfully helped us avoid what could have been a major disaster, and ultimately helped us find the most perfect space! Alexis brought up SO many logistics, suggestions, and clarifications that would have never crossed my mind but absolutely would have become obstacles on our wedding day. She thought of the little things so I didn't have to, and that made such a huge difference. Being able to delegate tasks to a third party meant our friends and family could actually enjoy the day with us, which completely eased the mental load. She also has beautifully curated decor pieces that can take your vision to the next level! The rentals are absolutely gorgeous, everything is incredibly clean and well cared for, and having drop-off and pick-up options available makes the whole process even easier. It was such a wonderful way to add those extra details without having to worry about sourcing, storing, cleaning, or transporting everything ourselves. From the moment we started working together, she was genuine, honest, and incredibly supportive. The day before the wedding, Alexis jumped right in to help us set everything up and made sure every detail of our plan was organized.
