    1000%

I cannot say how grateful I am for our wedding coordinators, Diana and Julie. My family and I were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of my wedding in November 2025. Diana and Julie carried out my vision they went above and beyond my expectations from start to end. They are kind, genuine, professional and hardworking. I don't exaggerate when I say Diana and Julie held everything together... They provided significant emotional support, helped contact vendors, and organized every single part of the wedding day so it flowed perfectly. If there was ever any questions, they made sure to always be available and guide us through the process. I definitely would 1000% recommend them to anyone who is looking for that specialized one on one service. They are good friends now and will definitely be contacting them for our next event. Thank you for such and amazing day I enjoyed my wedding day.

    Wonderful

Diana and Julie are absolutely AMAZING!!! I threw my husband a surprise 40th birthday but we live out in TX..so when I started to plan the party I was looking for someone who could help me find a venue and work through all the details of the party. Eventor did the most amazing job understanding the vibe and the goal of the party. They helped me find the most perfect venue and helped me negotiate the package the fit best for our party needs. They were great at communicating and setting up and tearing down the venue. They helped with doing a video tour to figure out the set up and then the day of, they shared photos and videos and let me know how they were going to set it up and have everyone ready as we walked up. My husband was so surprised and happy with the turn out of the party. We would highly recommend Diana and Julie with Eventor!!! They made everything simple, seamless and perfect!

Planners save time, reduce stress, manage vendor negotiations, and use their experience to avoid common pitfalls and stay within budget.
They manage the entire event process, including conceptualization, vendor selection, budget control, and onsite management, ensuring a seamless experience.
Diana is the head planner. I enjoy the administrative side of the business. Her business partner Julie loves the operational projects. Together we work well as a team.
No, we only work one wedding at a time. We like to give our sole focus to the bride/groom. We want to follow them through all the ups and downs of the process. We make ourselves available to them to really strengthen the relationship. We do not want to treat them as another "client".
