    Erica did such a great job as our wedding coordinator! She was always calm, cool, and collected, solving problems before I even knew they existed. She was so easy to work with and helped keep the day pure fun! We can’t thank her enough!

    As the mother of the bride, I can’t imagine going through the wedding process without Devyn Farias from Emerald Events. Our daughter’s wedding weekend included four separate events—rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing), and farewell brunch—and Devyn handled it all beautifully. She has the most amazing blend of organization, creativity, and kindness. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, her communication was excellent, and her calm confidence set the tone for everyone. My daughter said, “Devyn made my Pinterest board come to life!”—and she really did! The wedding was elegant, warm, and full of joy—everything we dreamed of. And because Devyn managed every detail so seamlessly, my daughter and I got to focus on the fun stuff together and truly enjoy every moment. Devyn felt like part of our family by the end. She’s simply the best—if you’re lucky enough to work with her, your wedding will be everything you hoped for and more.

    My husband and I had the most amazing and stress free wedding day and we owe it all to Devyn and her team at Emerald Events. Living in CA and planning a wedding in MA was a daunting task and I knew right away that we needed a planner. After weeks of searching and dozens of phone calls, all was solved when we found Devyn. I knew that she was the one to trust with our big day. During our design phase, without knowing it, she pulled together a color pallet that was directly from one of our favorite art pieces in our home. That is how spot on she is. She is organized and flexible and creates the most beautiful, thoughtful, and sentimental weddings. She kept me on track and helped mitigate stress. She fully brought to life our rehearsal dinner when her one direction was "let's go with the vibe of the restaurant". If I could credit her with the beautiful weather we had day of, I would. I keep looking back at our photos and can't help but thinking, "wow, this just looks like us". She went above and beyond for us and I would get married all over again just to plan it with her.

    As soon as my fiancé and I met Devyn over a zoom call, I knew we had to hire her to plan our wedding. She is not only extremely talented in her field, she is also a wonderful person and very personable and easy to work with. My main concern going into wedding planning was being far from our destination (we live in CA and planned a wedding in MA), and for the design aspect as I tend to lack in that area. Devyn solved any concern - she attended vendor meetings in MA that we weren't able to, truly going above and beyond. She asked all the right questions and totally understood the aesthetic we were going for design wise and ran with it, coming back to us with gorgeous design decks (multiple!) that were on the nose. She was flexible with us being in a different time zone. She not only designed, but also coordinated flawlessly. She executed with vendors and built a relationship with our venue coordinator that I'm certain impacted how smoothly everything went. Devyn planned an entire wedding weekend, coordinating multiple events from Friday morning through Sunday morning including a yoga class, lunch, rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, bonfires, a brunch, ceremony, reception, an after party... We definitely kept her busy and she did not seem to tire. She led us through the weekend (along with her amazing team - Evie, Nicolette, and Alexa!) with so much assurance that everything would be taken care of. When rain was on the forecast, she moved our cocktail hour to a different location at our venue with only a couple of hours to spare. We didn't stress one bit. My now husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every moment of the event without worrying about the details and logistics. I would be remiss not to mention that Devyn planned our wedding while being a new mom - which I am sure was no easy feat. We are so thankful to have found her, and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a full service wedding planner.
