However, getting to that point can take hours of research and analysis, something no couple should have to endure. We can help you find a venue in less time with less stress using our database of over 100 Philadelphia area venues. Or we can execute your wedding day plans when you book our day-of coordination services. At the end of the day, there’s nothing romantic about spreadsheets or overwhelming to do lists. No one’s ever dreamed of vendor coordination or wedding day logistics since they were little. While we’re here to make the process efficient, our goal is to make it even more enjoyable.

Planning efforts are high tempo in the beginning, with the first three months focused on wedding vision, budget, and major vendors. Refinements occur over the course of the remaining planning period. The master wedding day timeline is finalized no later than 30 days out. The day-of coordination efforts cover 10 hours of onsite support. | List of potential add-on services offered.
