Since opening in 2007 osteria has become one of the country’s most critically acclaimed italian restaurants... earning chef Jeff Michaud the 2010 James Beard Foundation Award of “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic” for his work helming the kitchen. Using our wood burning grill and custom-made brick oven, our kitchen is focused on seasonal menus prepared using traditional Northern Italian techniques. THE GLASS-ENCLOSED PATIO AT OSTERIA BOASTS A VIEW OF OUR PERGOLA AND THE BEAUTIFUL STAINED GLASS WINDOWS OF THE CHURCH NEXT DOOR.

THE ROOM CAN ACCOMPANY UP TO SIXTY-FIVE PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. AS WITH OUR OTHER PRIVATE DINING SERVICES, THE GROUPS DINE IN A FAMILY STYLE MANNER AND ARRANGE THE MENU IN ADVANCE OF THE DATE. OUR FAMILY STYLE APPROACH ALLOWS GUESTS MORE VARIETY WITH EACH COURSE AND ENCOURAGES INTERACTION THROUGH SHARING. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS ARE NO ISSUE.

    If I could give them 1000/10 I would. Fiona was incredible to work with and was amazing at proactive communication. The rest of the event staff were top notch day of. We had so many compliments on how the venue looked (we did so very little, it was mostly the greenhouse and how they usually keep it), the food (loved by everyone, the care for allergies and dietary restrictions including vegan were unkatched and every single guest left incredibly full and happy), to the service (the professionalism, the knowledge of length to next course, how quick they were to turn around drinks/food) were the best. The space is gorgeous. The greenhouse holds 65 for seated dinner but we had 41 and it was perfect. There was room to make a small dance floor in the back along with our 2 person live band that made it a night to remember.

    We felt a NEED to do this review because of how amazing Osteria was. It was perfect for our wedding. Our number one priority was great great food because we’ve all been to plenty of weddings where that wasn’t “main thing” but for us that’s important and boy did they deliver and more. The food was amazing, the ambience was exactly what we wanted and they accommodated so much to make our day so so so special! We love the even coordinator Fiona there, she went above and beyond and the manager the day of was also so amazing. Our guest loved it. So many people who were our guest and not our guest commented on how beautiful the whole place was. We cannot recommend them enough and would do this again at Osteria in a heartbeat!

    Our wedding at Osteria was absolutely everything we could have asked for and more! We did a full buyout since we knew wanted 110-120 guests and it’s safe to say everyone had a great time. So many of our guests reached out to us RAVING about the food, drink and service. The space itself is beautiful and requires minimal decor. Planning the wedding (ceremony & reception) was a breeze once we chose Osteria. Emma was wonderful to work with - super responsive, great ideas, and just an awesome person all around. The rest of the staff at Osteria was also top notch - incredibly attentive and making sure everyone always had something in hand. Food is always amazing and makes it fun for choosing menu. If you’re looking for a more intimate, dinner party style vibe but still enough space to dance yet relax, look no further!
