Simply Spectacular
If you make one decision about your wedding, it should be booking Lilah as your venue. Every aspect of our experience working with the team there and hosting our wedding was INCREDIBLE. From the very first meetings with Jess, Neira, and Alysha to go over planning, menu details, logistics, etc., they were all a joy to work with—friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful. Jess was our main contact and day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely phenomenal—helping us make decisions about decor and day-of logistics, anticipating needs before we even knew we had them, and just generally being the most wonderful human being. The experience of the wedding itself went above and beyond our highest expectations — the staff at Lilah did a beautiful job setting up and managing the space during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. So many guests remarked to us how friendly, helpful, and professional the staff were throughout the evening. And finally, the food: we knew, going in, that the food would be great, having eaten at most of the CookNSolo restaurants more than once. But we were not prepared for how truly delicious each and every dish was; to be honest, it may have been even better than the meals we’ve had at Zahav. The attention to detail, from the perfectly fluffed pitas to the individual crispy Persian rice platters at each table, was above and beyond (at a 175 person wedding, no less). Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was, from the welcome appetizers to the lamb shoulder to the chocolate rugelach. Most remarked it was the best food at a wedding they’ve ever had. We could not have dreamt up a better wedding day and we’re so happy that we chose Lilah as our wedding venue. We are so grateful to everyone on the team there for their amazing work!

Best Venue!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than Lilah! From start to finish, the communication and support were professional, attentive, and made us feel at ease. The food was absolutely INSANE - so many guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The space is warm and elegant, and the staff made sure every detail of the night was seamless. Huge thanks to Alysha for her flawless execution and care. We’re so grateful to the entire Lilah team for making our wedding unforgettable!

Simply the best.
As a queer couple, it was imperative to us that we find a venue where we felt truly comfortable and excited about hosting such a big event. Lilah was exactly that. The space is stunning and speaks for itself, as does the food—many of our guests said was the best they’d had. But the way Lilah really sets itself apart from all the other venues in Philly—or really, any other venue we’ve ever been to—is its staff. Shari, Neira, Andy, Alysha, Day, and Jess (just to name a few) were all consummate professionals and, more importantly, complete delights to work with. Jess in particular—her formal title is director of events, but we think guru is more fitting—was instrumental as our month-of coordinator and we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She guided us towards the best vendors and helped us plan and execute every last detail on a relatively expedited timeline. Most importantly, she made sure that we were well-fed, hydrated, centered, and downright joyful on the big day (even going out of her way to plan and document certain quiet moments that ended up being our favorites of the entire weekend). What’s more is that she and the entire Lilah team somehow made every attendee felt the same level of cared-for and looked-after too. We couldn’t be more thrilled with Lilah and are so grateful it exists.

The perfect Fishtown wedding venue
Lilah is a truly exceptional wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was detail-oriented, reassuring, and showcased their deep experience and knowledge. The venue itself is open, clean, versatile, and has a warm, industrial feel that was perfect for our wedding. Lilah's menu selection is unmatched - the lamb shoulder was an absolute standout, practically melting in our mouths. The service throughout the entire event was exceptional, with the staff ensuring everything ran smoothly and our guests felt well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day.

Amazing experience at Lilah
We had an amazing experience at Lilah! The venue is spacious and easy to navigate, which made it very easy for our guests. The food was phenomenal (truly as good as Zahav!), and the staff was unbelievably easy and fun to work with. I cannot recommend the team at Lilah enough.
