Kniche is a modern love letter to the classic New York knish, we turn nostalgic street food into a standout experience for weddings and celebrations. The Knish Cart Experience is the perfect addition to a cocktail hour, late night snack moment and everything in between. Our knishes are made with 100% vegan and 100% kosher ingredients and are nut free and dairy free, making them inclusive for a wide range of dietary needs. Pricing starts at $32 per guest for a min of 25 guests and comes with about 2.5 cocktail knishes per person (25 guests = ~65 knishes). Prices per person goes down with higher number of guests. Accommodates up to 250 ppl.

We offer a one of a kind Knish Cart Experience including a fully styled hot food station with an unlimited, customizable toppings bar to pair with the hot potato knishes. Guests build their perfect bite with classic deli toppings or modern favorites like hot honey, chili oil everything bagel seasoning. Couples can even create their own signature topping combinations, an experience that resembles a signature cocktail. The result is interactive, photogenic, and memorable comfort food with personality.

    We had the Kniche Knish Cart at our welcome dinner cocktail hour for all of our out of town guests, and it set the tone for the entire weekend in the best way possible.People had just arrived from far and wide, we were a tired and hungry bunch and the knish cart delivered! My husband and I met in NYC, and live in NYC so New York culture was a central theme of the wedding so this was really a perfect fit. Multiple people told us it was the most thoughtful welcome dinner food they had ever seen. It made our wedding weekend feel intentional, warm, and very us.

    We booked Kniche as a midnight snack and it was such a fun surprise for our guests. Shelby was enthusiastic, polished, and so friendly. She remembered my name, congratulated us again, and made everyone feel taken care of. The toppings bar was next level, my favorite was classic yellow mustard with pickles, YUM. It shifted the whole energy of the night. People who were about to leave stayed for another hour. Groups formed around the cart. My dad still talks about it. Its not just food, its an experience. Shelby brought so much heart, professionalism, and personality to our wedding, and it is one of the most memorable parts of the entire day!

    Hiring Shelby and the Kniche knish cart for our cocktail hour was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first email she was organized, responsive, and excited about our vision. On the day of the wedding she arrived early, set up quickly, and was such a warm, fun presence. The cart itself was adorable and instantly drew a crowd. We had multiple different food stations and the knish cart was by far the most popular because people had never seen anything like it! Guests loved that they could customize their knishes. My husband was obsessed with the everything bagel seasoning and hot honey combo. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best cocktail hour food they had ever had. It totally transformed the atmosphere. Instead of people awkwardly standing around, everyone was chatting in line, comparing toppings, and taking photos. Shelby is a true professional and also just a joy to be around. Cannot recommend her enough!
