My name is Amy and I am Minnesota born and raised - but have traveled to 9 countries and counting! I really love where I live - Duluth, MN - but I also love experiencing new cultures and FOOD (I love good food ha). I am pretty laid back and will do almost anything to get the perfect shot - but I can be assertive when needed. I am here to be more than just a photographer - I am here to be your partner, support, and friend through the exciting (but sometimes stressful) times of your major life events.

I am part of the LGBTQ+ crowd, so if that isn’t your jam, you’ll have to look elsewhere! But if you are part of the crew, yay!!! Let’s work together :) My extensive travel experience makes me a perfect partner for your destination wedding - I can help you plan for those little things you wouldn’t think of! Local weddings are also fantastic - I love every inch of this state, and want to see every corner! I also travel nationally - and would REALLY love to get to every state park one day!

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, I do work closely with other photographers that offer videography services. If you would like to book a package for both, please reach out to me.
My turnaround time varies by season, but you will always receive sneak peeks within 48 hours. Typically, you’ll be able to view your whole gallery of photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.
Typically, couples book me about 7-13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Additional photographers are an add on to any of my packages.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
