Northern Lights is a family-owned venue that offers a timeless setting, exceptional service, and unbeatable value. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our space comfortably accommodates groups from 40 up to 400 guests. Our prices are set in a very nice and easy to understand format with your space rental including all of the following: On-site event coordination, complete room set-up, kitchen manager, and ballroom manager, tables, chairs, table skirting, and table linens (your choice of white, ivory, or black), indoor and outdoor ceremony areas, elevated head table staging, background cocktail and dinner music, and ample guest parking. From there you are welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice to craft the exact menu and experience you envision! We would love to show you around the venue! My husband and I got married at the Northern Lights Ballroom & Catering venue and were thrilled with the experience from start to finish. Their communication throughout the planning process was wonderful - the staff was responsive, friendly, and really made sure we knew what to expect at each step. On the big day, the ballroom looked absolutely beautiful. The decor was elegant yet understated, perfectly enhancing the venue's natural charm. And the food was fantastic - all of our guests raved about the amazing dinner and desserts the catering team prepared. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, patient, and seemed genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. We couldn't recommend Northern Lights highly enough to any couple planning their special celebration!
